AMAZING FOOD!! AMAZING STAFF!! (Except the guy who told me my pizza was lost)

I was hesitant to leave a 5 star review, but Jesus everyone else’s customer service was amazing! We placed an order for 4 pizzas, from the start the lady in the purple with the purple bandana was so friendly! We placed our order and we waited. Two pizzas came out first, and we still needed two more, we waited another 10-15 min then I went up and I asked about my pizza and they told me they lost it and they where looking for it, yes that’s what they told me lol anyways I tell to at least give me my 5yr olds pizza and they do. So here I am waiting for my pizza, I let another 10-15 min go by. I to back up and I asked if they found my pizza, he looks at the pizzas that are in the counter and asks if my pizza is there. I tell him no and he just shrugs. I had to ask, so do I go back and order again or what??? Then he looks at me and say “I mean yeah sure if you want, i don’t know” 🤦🏽‍♂️ luckily I went back, and the lady with the purple bandanna was there and she was very friendly. She got my pizza in the oven right away. All the other staff was very apologetic and offered way more help then the guy that was handing out the pizzas. So one of you got my pizza, which was a garlic loaded pizza lol yes I love garlic....

I don’t usually rush to leave a review right after visiting an establishment, but I believe we should be just as quick to share positive experiences as we are to share negative ones. I chose MOD for its convenience in accommodating my dietary restrictions, and I’m so glad I did. The person who helped me, Erica (who is also the manager), went above and beyond to meet my needs, making me feel valued rather than like an inconvenience—something that’s not always the case when I request gluten-free and dairy-free options. Often, I’ve been met with the slight eye-roll that has unfortunately become normal in those situations. All this to say, I want to rave about Erica and her thoughtful, joyful approach to making my pizza. Thank you for truly making my night. It’s amazing what a smile and kindness can do. Tonight I ate my first MOD pizza... and it BETTER NOT BE my last one!

As soon as I walked in the door, as well as every individual who walked in after me, we were greeted by an employee. Not a single employee was idle, they're busy, but they don't let it get chaotic. The place is clean, well lit and well stocked.

I ordered (build your own) my pizza with, get this, VEGAN CHEESE, and my favorite topping of course, mushrooms. I have yet, in my travels, to come across any other pizzeria that offers a vegan cheese option. They've got a few different sauces to choose from, I went with traditional. I wasn't gonna get a drink, but I saw that they've got glass bottled Cream Soda. Even though I ordered the thicker crust, it didn't seem to bake for very long in they're open faced oven.
