I’m usually not one to complain or leave bad reviews, but this place was just not it. My friend and I wanted to try somewhere new so we came today for the first time. We got there at 2pm. The place looked really nice. Our pedicures were fine the people we got had great energy. However I asked for a nail on my big toe and it came out kinda wonkey, but no one is gonna see my toes so whatever that was okay. When we moved onto get our set I don’t know what happened, but our peoples whole vibes just changed. The guy doing my nails used so much monomer it was literally dripping down my fingers. He made them so thick it was actually on my skin. I didn’t want to complain and kept trying to trust the process. But then he couldn’t draw a straight line for a french v 2 other people had to step in and try.. As for my friend she wanted thin french tips, but the lady used clear acrylic so you could see where the nail was put on and she asked if she could cover it and the lady kept responding that it wasn’t finished yet and kept rolling her eyes at my friend the manager ended up taking over. We ended up leaving at almost 6pm. Not a great first impression will definitely not be coming back. I am not sure if we just got bad people. My mom and I were looking for a new spot after rotating a few that were mediocre. We stumbled upon this little gem and we’re delightfully surprised at the ambiance of the place. Everything was well lit, all the polishes and dips were nicely stored giving off a great presentation of their almost never ending supply. The TV’s were centrally placed and viewable from anywhere. The pedicure chairs were different from what I’ve sat in before and worth the massage experience. The manicure chairs were comfortable and stylish. Definitely loved the grey and white theme through the place.

The service from beginning to end was amazing. I was greeted by friendly staff and moved on to the person who ultimately sold me on the place. During the manicure, I was offered a drink from the bar. It was a beautifully and deliciously crafted drink that left me wanting seconds. The music was upbeat and had me ready to dance the weekend away. The staff was gracious, and the place was clean, however my manicure and pedicure left a lot to be desired. The technician who attended me while kind, didn't remove any callous from my heels, and only applied a single layer of super thick regular polish on my toenails before he left me sitting in my chair with no instructions on where to go next. After 30 minutes I asked where I needed to go to have my manicure done and I was shown to a different station. The single coat of polish was so thick that after waiting an hour for them to dry (with no fan, light, or drying top coat) I went to put my shoes on and ruined my entire left hand. The technician then fixed 3 of the 5 ruined nails, and applied clearcoat while pressing the polish flat on the two remaining nails. He left cotton fuzzies on the nails he fixed and proceeded again to use a single super thick layer of polish which took another hour and a...
