Very deceptive business practices. This isn’t the first time i’ve seen it as this location, however it is the first time i’m posting about this location. Here you see two sale ads posted, one for $20 off $100 purchase of toys and another for $10 gift card for purchase $50 legos specifically. When i get to the register, the $20 off could not be added because it excluded legos, and pretty much every other name brand toy (fisher, tikes, barbie, etc.). Yet they have this ad posted specifically in lego section, as well as the other name brand toy sections? Why? Then for the backup/second sale ad, the woman at the register refused to give me the $10 gift card for $100 (ad said $50 btw) of legos i bought. No explanation given other than she cant. Long story short, save your gas and time. Buy off of amazon, you’ll likely get it same day anyway. And cheaper, target employees sigh and moan when having to price match. Do better target.

Update: I had the misfortune to visit this location again on November 27th. Squalor is the best word to describe what I saw today. This place looks more like a ransacked Ross than a Target. Actually, the Ross a few doors down is in better shape. Terrible. This location continues to be hot garbage - especially when compared to the other Targets in town. The Bandera/1604 location makes this one look 3rd world. (And have you been to the Blanco store?!?! 😲) Seriously, what the heck is going on? Who's managing this place? How is corporate okay with this representing their brand? Keep the one-star reviews coming folks. We need a change in Alamo Ranch.

This is one of my favorite Target Stores in the San Antonio area. It's clean and well kept. They have the majority of the items that I'm typically looking for when shopping at a Target Store. The Starbucks inside is on point. I also get my eyewear from their optical which has been a very smooth process and bonus that they make sure you get every possible discount possible. It recently started going through a remodel and so perhaps it may be an interesting period while they go through that, however per other locations that have gone through a remodel, once it is completed it is even better. Overall a good location to shop for your Target Run.

Today I came in to get a curbside pick up. I waited almost 20 minutes before someone came out and then when he came out, Alejandro didn’t have all my stuff he was missing six other bags. I looked on the app and it said everything was brought to me, so I had to run after Alejandro and stop him in the parking lot before he got inside, I explain to him what he was missing and if you can, please just go in and get it for me real quick after he told me he would do that he. Disappeared inside 15 minutes later he came back out, but to my surprise, he didn’t have my stuff again. He had other peoples items instead of coming up to me and telling me that I was waiting on my stuff he proceeded to go to the other cars and start unloading all the other things as I sat there and stared at him for about 10 minutes, then I was frustrated because I’ve already wasted 35 minutes of my day after he unloaded all the other items into the other cars. He then comes to me apologizes because my items I guess were forgotten I didn’t explain to him. Why didn’t you go and get my items while you were inside for 15 minutes knowing that I’ve been waiting here he looked perplexed after waiting for 35 minutes in the heat and then told him to grab The Manager if you could send my stuff out with them he starts to proceeded back to the back, but before he does him and the other two curbside employees huddle up and have a five minute meeting amongst themselves before returning to the back after about another 7- 8 minutes pass The Manager Jennifer slowly strolls out towards me none of my items in hand by then I’m furious. She then comes and asked me what the issue is and that really just sent me off because I’ve already been out here almost 40 minutes now still waiting for the things I paid for and they said they delivered, Jennifer begins to give me a bunch of excuses about why my stuff didn’t make it to me and I am asking her. Why is she arguing with me because I asked them to send it out with her then began to give me attitude because she probably didn’t like the tone of my voice because I was extremely upset, which is extremely unprofessional because I am the guest customer and she is the employee finally after arguing with her which I don’t understand why we were arguing in the first place she gives me some speech about how she’ll do better with training to make sure things like this doesn’t happen again but nothing in compensation for me wasting my time almost a half hour to a whole hour. She goes away and then another five minutes past finally another lady shows up not Jennifer to apologize for the mishap or anything like that. Hands me my items I get a sarcastic, backhanded apology from the person before they leave all in all target definitely needs some new management and...

Customer service reps were more interested in hanging out when I had an exchange in progress. After I exchanged my merchandise (a Hearth and Hand linen set) the rep didn't offer me a bag to put my purchase in. He and the other rep tried rushing to the back. I then asked for a bag for my purchase and they kept walking as if I said nothing. After going to the back and talking for a few minutes, while I'm still at the counter waiting and being ignored, they returned and then the individual who previously "helped" me continued to act as if I was not standing there while the other at least gave me the bag. During the transaction I'd already had to wait for two other people after grabbing the correct size set because the guy at the counter stated they came after he told me to get the correct size which was no problem. I waited patiently. But then to treated me without the same respect as he treated those other individuals was a slap in the face. I shop at this location often and mostly the only thing that happens is that I will walk by a rep while looking for something and they fail to offer help which is no big deal because I'd probably just find it myself. I rarely return or exchange things (I'd rather not go through the trouble). But when I do, I expect the rep to be pleasant and offer the same help and with with the same courteous attitude that he is offering everyone else. Especially since I am spending my money here....when in fact one of the individuals in front of me was not because they were trying to return a years old coffee maker. Change only happens by...

I’ve come to this store several times and I’m just going to stop coming to this location. A while ago, my husband bought me a pack of protein shakes from here. When we opened it at home, we saw that they were expired (actual bottles), the carton that held them said a different date, and there were other brand of proteins in the pack. So obviously he went to return it and they treated him like a lying thief. Someone returned that and the employee didn’t check it and unfortunately we bought it in a rush. Now today I went to the store and went to the self check out, the employee there was very rude. I had my kids with me so I didn’t call her out but it made me extremely uncomfortable. She was hawking over my cart and making sure I scanned everything in my cart- I’ve NEVER been treated like that in my life and even less when nothing warranted such a behavior. I honestly felt discriminated by this old lady there, I understand she has a job to do but she crossed the line by telling me what to scan from my cart when I was in the middle of already doing so, and when she was not even paying attention to the other people there (which someone could have easily stolen something since she was SO worried about me instead). Very...
