This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I've had a problem with the new so called night manager girl. I've never had problems before. I walk in get my bowl and get to the register. She's already in a bad mood and expressing it. She rings up my bowl and tells me the cost. I ask her if I could please have a large drink and a bag of chips. She got upset and told me tell her before she rings me up next time. I told her they usually ask if I want anything else. She then proceeds to ring me up several times telling me it did not go through.i told her it said approved multiple times. She got mad and said it didn't and I shouldn't be calling her a liar. I took my food and receipt and started to walk away. I then noticed she gave me a small drink. I went back and told her I asked for a large and you charged me a large. She got mad and threw the cup on the counter. Again not management material. I go to my car and check my online banking to see if the multiple charges went through. I walk back in and ask her to please refund me the extra charges. She said no to prove it. I show her my online banking. She gets more mad processes the refund and under her breath says the f word. What ever made her mad was trickling on to customers. Her behavior is unexcusable. I miss the old night manager. He had patience, kindness and great people skills.

Read moreI placed an online order to have my food ready for pick up by 9:30. Once my order was placed the app offered me free queso and chips with my order. On the app it said it my order went thru, but according to the employee they only had my order and not the free offer as the app stated. My order was not ready by the time specified due to a printing malfunction. The employee told me to wait to speak with the manager about the missing chips and queso. She totally ignored me. (Very bad customer service). For ten minutes I was waiting for the manager. Finally when the manager came she could care less until I told her I was writing a review. She asked to read my review sighed and went back to her office. She never apologized or offered to fix the issue. I get it is close to closing, but it is your job as a manager to care about the customer and fix the problem. A new manager is needed. Once I got my order it was incorrect had to inform them I paid for extra beef fajita and did not get the double order I requested until I brought it to their attention. This was an overall bad experience from beginning to end. As a frequent customer I feel I should have received my money back due to the lack of customer service especially from management. Every flippin time I order ahead at least 15 to 20 minutes ahead on the app my food is NEVER read and even though you stand there at the place where your food is supposed to be waiting for you on the shelf your staff looks at us like we're bothering them with our eyes. No one ever asks if they can help or anything. It's not until I get frustrated because yes you quickly get people in and out that are just coming in to order it's like you frown upon those who already ordered ahead and paid for the food because we have to stop someone to ask hey where's my order only to find out it's in a stack behind the register the whole time we've been standing there for an additional 15-20 minutes. We're polite enough to try and wait for your young staff to acknowledge us but when we're blatantly ignored that's not okay. My food is probably not okay either that I've been waiting well over 40 minutes to get it either. I'm sure people in line wouldn't want to wait 40 minutes to get there food so why do you make us wait? Get it together Chipotle you're supposed to be better than Taco Cabana but you're not, not even by a long shot!!
