Some old lady Anders* was the first person to "evaluate" me for the initial visit and barely did a proper evaluation by standing a few feet away from me BEFORE putting any tools near me for the first time and claimed I needed X amount of things done when I only needed one. Not only did she walk around like she was a know it all, but she also barely listened to what I had to say. Barely even looked at my teeth even when she had tools. She spent more time playing with her gloves more than she did looking at my teeth. Not only that, one of the receptionists was really rude to one of the students in front of patients getting checked in and waiting in the lobby. Someone clearly hates her job and can't be nice to coworkers and some patients. I was later called to be told I was a "potential candidate patient" they want to work with and said I'd need to come in to spend at least $100 out of pocket each time for at least 3 more visits and the woman on the phone refused to listen and tried to get me to come in when I clearly said I do not like the way I was treated so I would be going elsewhere for service. I'm pretty sure it was the same lady from the lobby. Regardless, the lady over the phone persisted to say "you need to think about it and call me back so we can book your appointment as soon as possible" even as I said "No thank you" multiple times. Huge waste of time and waste of money. I would never recommend anyone going here since they just want to find a way to dig more money out of you. Some people shouldn't even work in these fields. Had the ladies actually actively listened and done their job correctly, I wouldn't be so upset. Only people who seemed nice here were the students I saw in passing and the lady taking X-Rays during my first (and only) visit and never interacted with any one else who cared about what...
Read moreone of the most scarring experiences of my life. I came in to get my bottom wisdom teeth removed. They did the surgery and it was âsuccessfulâ. Up until after when I I noticed an unusual amount of throbbing pain in my sockets. I ended up with two dry sockets, and found out the reason was because the nurse forgot to tell us some major details about how to care for open wound properly. I couldnât go in for a follow up because the office was closed for the holidays. After about 1-2 weeks of A constant throbbing pain every single day, I went in for a follow up. The doctor cleaned out the sockets very carelessly. She had no care that I was in pain and continued to accidentally poke my gums Repeatedly during the cleaning. You can tell the doctors here have no compassion and are just trying to hurry up and get it done especially when theyâre not getting paid for it(the follow ups are free). I went in yesterday for another follow up seeing that my right jaw had become infected. The doctor told me he needed to clean it. We then went through with the cleaning, After about seven shots And a minute or less of waiting for them to kick in he went straight into it. He told me to lift my left hand and he would stop, but he didnât. I could hear the scraping of my own bone and feel quite a bit of pain. You could tell he was in a rush, considering how many people they had lined up. The office was very busy. After he finished, he sent me off. Im not an anxious person but I had an anxiety attack before driving home. After getting home, I realized he had forgot to give me Whatever disinfecting rinse, he was Supposed to give me to take home. I then had to call and get it myself. This has been an ongoing month long event of pain. I would strongly advise any of my friends and family not...
Read moreSure wait time and the price is cheap. But I'd have to say this is one of the most traumatic extractions I've ever had. The way the doctor only cared about speed over my level of comfort which was horrible. I told them I previously broke my jaw in 3 places and you think they'd take extra care with an old injury not to aggravate it but no. The doctor put like 10 shots of novocaine in 1 minute which was more painful than the extraction itself because how he forced the needle into my gums and in between teeth and lower jaw. He didn't really care if he was hurting me or not. I could hear cracking in my ear and feel the tooth being pulled the whole time. I was pulling my thumb so hard under the stuff they had on me just so I wouldn't scream or cry. Then on top of all that they send you home no pain meds or antibiotics. Never will go here for an extraction again. So here I am day 3 in extreme pain. Tylenol is not helping and they seem like they dont want to help relieve my pain either I call them and got attitude
UPDATE: Try to call at 11am 1/10/2019 for help with severe pain and jaw swelling said they would call back. NEVER DID. So I called back at 2:30 and then they said they call back. NEVER DID. Call back at 4 said they would call me back NEVER DID. Called back at 5. Still no help. They told me to come in tomorrow which I could of already came and did instead of playing phone tag. Which I do not want to do now. I never want to see this place ever again and now i dont even care if there is a more serious problem i would rather just deal with it and possibly die over seeing these guys anymore. I am seriously pretty traumatized by this.
Update: I also now have bone spurs at the site of...
