I placed an order for delivery for 2 pizzas and some bread bites. According to the Domino's app, my order came out of the oven about 30 minutes after I ordered it. An hour and a half later and still nobody had left the store with it. I tried calling the store and had to call multiple times before I got through to someone. I asked the guy to cancel the order and issue a refund, he said "Sure one moment" and put me on hold. While I was on hold, the app then changed and said it was delivered (which it wasn't). I was on hold for over 10 minutes and they guy never came back. So I hung up and called again, got a different person this time who said they would give the refund. 30 minutes later they bring me the order, even though I said I didn't want it anymore, and of course everything was extremely cold. Neither person I talked to ever gave an apology, and I threw the food away because it was so bad.
4 days later I call back because I still haven't gotten a refund, just to find out they never issued it in the first place. The manager I spoke to said she would let the GM know what's going on, but that she "didn't know if there's anything they can do". ???????????????? I also asked when the GM would be there next so I could talk to him directly and she said she didn't know because "he just comes and goes".
I tried calling corporate multiple times and can't get through to anybody. So now I'm having to dispute the charge with my bank.
Not the first time I've had issues with this location but it's never been this bad. Stay away from this place, go to Big Lou's down the street or something. This place is trash.

Read moreThis is THE WORST Dominos I have ever come across! The quality of the food is beneath poor. Delivery is horrible. Management is horrible. I had 2 separate horrible experiences. The first one I ordered over $90 worth of pizzas for my employees. When I got them the boxes had sweated and were smashed so all the toppings stuck to it. Then when you bit into them the dough was not fully cooked. I called to report it and was told I could not get a refund, had to send pictures(which I did) or bring the pizzas in and only 3 of the 9 pizzas could be replaced. Not to mention of the 9 one was missing in the original delivery to begin with and was included in the 3 replacements. THEN my second time ordering again for my employees I get the pizzas and one is missing the 3 toppings I was charged for. I also asked for the 3 replacements from the last mishap and those were not delivered AGAIN! I called again and spoke with a Janell who said she was the GM and would send out the 3 missing along with the 1 that was missing the toppings. The call was made at 1pm. I got an alert saying my pizzas were delivered went to check with my front desk and nothing was there! I called and they didn’t know what happened or where the driver Rudy was. I was told wait again. It was then 4:30pm and no one or the pizzas ever showed up. I called and was offered only a partial refund which is BS seeing how much I had already dealt with TWICE. That all took place on 5/14/23 and 5/21/23. The refund was supposed to show up in 3-4 business days from 5/21 and as of today 5/31/23 no refund has shown up. Read moreOrdered here twice and should’ve learned the first time. The lack of customer service and attention to detail is insane. The first time I ordered carry out. When I got there I was second in line and stood there at least 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter. When the first person got done the guy helped someone that came after me. It was only understandable because they guy had stood beside me so I didn’t say anything. Then the guy tried to help someone else standing behind me when I audibly said “are you serious” and he nervously laughed and said sorry. I finally got the food and when we sat down to eat the pizza wasn’t close to being cut all the way through. What was cut looked like it was done by a child. No two pieces were the same size.
The second time we ordered delivery. It was in quality check for over 30 minutes. We decided to just go get it ourselves. When we got there more than an hour before closing the doors were locked and the employees just looked and went back to doing nothing. We called and told them the name for the order multiple times and when they finally opened the door we had to tell them again.
