Have been to this location a few times using the app & service was never remarkable, normally just slow. this latest visit i set an order an hour ahead & arrived 10 minutes past the estimated ready time as a buffer. walked in & check in & told theyre waiting on one thing & theyll get it right to me. sure, fine. i noticed other customers hovering around pick up w concerned looks on faces (mind you there are no walk in customers or a line, just 2 other order pickups). as we all wait a bit more just about 15 minutes, walk in customers head into line & received attentive joyful service, let alone got straight to a table to enjoy their food. the online orders still waiting awkwardly. mind you i was on a 30 minutes lunch break from work hence placing order ahead of time planned to be swift. on the verge of just cancelling & asking for a refund i head to the counter & the employees act brand new as if i wasnt waiting all along. the employee rummaged briefly & then smugly gave me my order. by that moment, my timer i set for lunch to end went off & i realized just how long it all took & inconvenient it was to even do the app in the first place. but cmon, i dropped the order in an hour prior & the food wasnt ready until 30 minutes after the expected ready time. very frustrating experience alongside the previous visits just being mediocre. definitely not coming...

I gagged while eating because the food tastes so cheap. The texture of the soggy tortilla, the stale chips, the undercooked โcilantro lime Riceโ that only tasted like there was butter in it.... I refuse to eat here again.
I ordered fajita veggies in place of meat and it was such a disappointment. No flavor.
Iโm not one of those crazed Chipotle people, but I will go to Chipotle over Freebirds any day.
The chips were so stale I lost my appetite. If the chips were this stale, I wondered how fresh was the rest of the food? The tomatoes were so mushy itโs not even funny. I am pretty sure the food I was served was left overs from the previous day.
The only other place Iโve ever lost my appetite was with Chiliโs and that was because the bathroom smelled like sewage. So congratulations, Freebirds.
I usually do not leave food reviews, but this food was completely unacceptable. I may as well open my own burrito restaurant. Even Taco Bell would have been better, in terms of quality...
ย ย ย Read moreIt takes one bad experience to never go back to a place. Today the girl that was helping me was simply rude, I said how's it going? And she replied with what can I get for you? She asked what kind of cheese and I said mixed, she asked again like I was stupid... I asked for chicken and ground beef she gave me chicken and steak...... Then passed me off to the next guy only to stand at the register. The food today looked like it was left over from last night, not fresh, and the hot sauce pump was empty while the staff stood around. We come here for the ground beef, but Chipotle it is....at least they're consistent.
Today, months later from the original review above, I want to change my rating for this place as they have redeemed themselves. It's been a while since I've been back and long story short the experience was great! Food was fresh, staff was friendly, and as always the location is convenient....happy...
