If I could give negative stars I would. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. It was a rather busy Saturday lunch service so I decided to go inside to place my order. There was a line of about 4 people in front of me and I noticed that the cashier was having a hard time entering the orders. I’m assuming that he was new and questioned why they would have him in that position on such a busy shift. When it was my turn, I placed my order which was not complicated and paid. I looked at my receipt and noticed that it was completely wrong so I went back up and manager fixed it but I still don’t think the math was right, it is what it is. The restaurant was absolutely filthy, the floors were sticky and gross and every table was dirty. That should’ve been my first indication not to order from there. Originally my order number was 15 and after the manager “fixed”my order, I was now number 23. I mentioned that to him and he said that he would still get my order out in the 15th position in line. I waited over 40 minutes for an order of nachos and a quesadilla. I’m normally a pretty patient person but by this time I was upset. I had asked for red salsa to be put in the bag because the salsa bar did not have any of it stocked. They also didn’t have cups and lids. After 40 or so minutes the manager apologized and put my food on the counter for me to pick up but it was still incomplete. I was not given the extra guacamole I had paid for nor did they give me the sour cream that came with those menu items. The bag was empty of salsa. By this time someone has stocked salsa on the bar but there were still no cups or lids. I asked the manager to please put some salsa in the bag knowing that they have it ready for the drive-through in the back but he told me to get it off the bar. I found this to be so incredibly inappropriate since I had already been waiting and now I had to wait for someone to stock cups and lids. I will never, ever visit this location again. Corporate needs to take time to go into the store. I would be embarrassed to have my name representing the brand. Drive down to the bitters location. Don’t go here. I have timestamps with pictures of how long it took if any of the management cares to know about it. Read moreTonight was the second time I went there this month, and the drive-thru time was unacceptable. The last time I went thru it a couple weeks ago and it took about 20 mins.
Tonight, Saturday night I went thru at about 6:30. There were 4 cars ahead of me and 4 cars in parking lot. Some of the cars had to belong to employees. I made it a point to look at the clock and how many cars around. It took exactly 27 mins to get my food. I sat at speaker for at least 2 mins before a girl came on and said "give me a minute," then at least another 3 mins before she took my order of nachos and a margarita. I turned my engine off 3 times because we were just sitting there. It wasn't that one car had a huge order, each car sat at window almost 5 mins before getting food.
When I got to window, she repeated the order and it was not mine at all. When I told her what I ordered, she said she had forgotten to type in my order. So I sat there at least 5 mins while they prepared it. She dropped my credit card and laughed, saying "maybe my nails are too long." They were about 2 inches long, fake, but neatly done. She was wearing plastic gloves. I saw at least 4 employees.
When she handed me the food I thanked her. She replied "no problem." Well, it was nice to know that me waiting almost half an hour in near 100 degree heat to get my dinner after a long day at work was not a problem for her. She was pleasant and neatly groomed, but had no sense of urgency at all.

Read more*update 3/27/25 service was prompt and order correct. Hoping for continued improvement. update 10/7/24 people are getting more helpful and able. Orders have been correct and quick. update 3/12/23 11pm. Girl at drive through was very courteous. Seemed like only 2 people working. They actually got everything correct. We got our requested side japs too. Did not get any salsa though. Oh well. Seems improved.
I have never understood why THIS particular location continues to make items differently every visit. Nobody there is happy or trained. They can never answer questions and modifications are never made even though they are on this ticket. I asked what the new chicken tinga was. The said "I don't know." Why aren't nachos made the same way each time or between locations? Good or bad, shouldn't the recipe and procedures be the same? This location is surrounded by high end neighborhoods. Why not capitalize on the clientele and have a plan for success? We've been going to this location for 18 years. It's always been inconsistent while other locations have great people and service. AND AND AND since when do the steak nachos come with full straps of meat!? Why do I need to dismantle my nachos to cut all the meat? It's bad enough they over cook in the microwave.
