Cyndi and Omar and the other young lady whom name I forgot were absolutely outstanding when it came to greeting me when I entered the store, as well as making sure I had everything I needed on the way out. Being in customer service for over 20 years, watching how they took care of me and greeted me while I was in the store the whole time from purchase all the way to the end of purchasing was a breath of fresh air! Customer service is a lost art! It is not something that you can teach in a day! It is something over a period of time that has to be developed, and practiced, especially if it is not in your nature. Everyone on the floor in that store on Nacogdoches, & O'Connor and exemplified what Customer Service means!
I highly recommend this location & the Tea! 😁

Read moreUpdate I checked my bank and they actually charged me for this order. I called the location explaining and the “shift lead” is claiming they don’t see the charge! 🤯
I have sent an email and messages to their FB page- hopefully they will respond and render me a full refund for this mess!
———————————- Today my family came thru the drive thru. Placed an order at 3:30 which is happy hour for 6 drinks. Get up to the window, our drinks where ready- they take my card and swipe it twice then come back and say “O our system just went down… do you have cash?”
I did not.
Their reply “Sorry about that but we can’t give you your drinks. The system should be back up and running in 2-3 hours.”
Mind you I live no where near this location to come back and have been a loyal customer at this location, I stop by on my commute to work. Needless to say there was 4 cars behind me- hopefully they had cash after also placing their orders with no warning the system was down. I am sure of it they just tost our drinks into the trash. 😳😔

Read moreToday by 8:45 p.m. we drove by this place for the first time, trying to get experience about their beverages, we place an order through speaker and we pulled forward and the car in front of us picked up a bag of ice after waiting for 3 minutes, after that I pulled towards the window and I waited for at least 5 minutes and no one even asked me about my order or even apologized for the unnecessary waiting time, after that a person showed up by the window and he just stated after placing order, he said "what was your order again" then I'll replied to him, excuse me are you serious over here come on what is the reason for all this waiting time, and why you are asking me about my order when we already placed it by the speaker up front, can I request it from him to ask the manager so I can talk to him, then himself stated that he was the manager what's the name of Crispin. That is unacceptable from such a business. And if there is some experience I would love to share about this place I will give it...
