Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Antonio

*AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! This just happens to be the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to in the US. Don't even think about dining inside. Either the A/C is broken or they do not have it on. The floor is sticky with food particles left scattered. The service is horrendous. No one man's the front counter, and the workers in the back ignore anybody that is at the front waiting. There was a worker sitting at a table for the duration of my 1 hour and 10 minute wait, just ignoring everyone, and he was already sitting at a table when I showed up and was still there after I left. After waiting at the counter for 10 minutes, I decided to order online. Still, that did nothing to get my order. I watched 2 people from the drive-thru waiting out front after going through the ordering and payment get out of their vehicles and come inside and demand a refund after waiting out front for 30 minutes according to one person. When they finally got me my food, I was missing 2 items, and it took them another 10 minutes to get that to me. The food was lukewarm when I got back to my room at the hotel next door to this location, and it was all very sloppily thrown together. **AVOID THIS PLACE AT...

HORRIBLE!!!! When I pulled up to order my food, I had to repeat my order several times! I ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger add pickles and onion, 2 tacos and a few other items. I also asked for a large cup of ice and the girl told me that the soda machine was down and she could not serve drinks or ice. I got to the window after waiting 35 minutes and my burger was all wrong. She added tomatoes to my burger and when I asked to have a new one made. I was told to just pick them off. I advised that I could not have tomatoes and asked them if they could make a new one. My tacos were cold I received a whole bunch of old food that I did not order. I sat and waited another 10 minutes for my burger to be replaced When I got my jr bacon cheeseburger, the tomatoes were picked off, they left parts of the tomatoes on my sandwich!!! And my bun was dirty! How would you feel if someone picked over your food! HORRIBLE! I will not be back!!!! This is the worst! I should’ve read the reviews before I pulled up to the drive thru! It would’ve saved me my time and money!...

If I could leave less . I am definitely calling the manager and corporate. I love their crispy tacos this usually is not my store but I was in the neighborhood. I ordered 15 orders no sauce extra lettuce, 3 orders no sauce no cheese extra lettuce . They braught me out 16 tacos with cheese . When I gave them back to tell them their was tacos missing including the ones without cheese. They took the tacos I gave them out of the bag and put them back on the rack and started selling them after I had touched them. Literally took them out of the package one by one to count and seperate the ones with no cheese for one of my children. The reason I stopped to pick up dinner is because I am not feeling well flu like symptoms and I took pictures of them selling the tacos my hands had just touched. The manager on duty was so not in control. The lady cooking was talking back giving ugly looks, completely unprofessional. I can't believe this happened with covid and all. I evn told the mark the manager on duty I had touched them hoping he would stop...
