I go to Jamba Juice at least 2-3 times a week. I ordered through their app. (Mind you it charges you an extra fee to use the app) On the app, it said my order was supposed to be ready at 09:36am. I was on my way to work so I was expecting it to be ready at that time. When I got there, it had not even been started. There were several people waiting when I got there. My order wasn't ready until after 10am. I had a busy day ahead and this put me behind in my day to have to sit there and wait. There was only one employee working. This is not the only time there has only been one employee working with a ton of people waiting. It is not fair to the one employee to have to be bombarded with orders. Read moreI don’t know if they’re understaffed or what but I ordered two items and the first item was made and ready to go before the second item was even started. One employee was on break (I’m assuming) and they were the only one who knew how to make the second item I ordered so instead of telling me it would be over 30 minutes or more (it ended up being around 35) to make that item and giving me the choice to wait or not they just…..let me sit there. Then I got to watch them train on how to make the item in front of me while everyone who ordered after me left. I understand that these things happen and I would have been happy to be patient if I had had this explained but it was super frustrating to have my time wasted so thoughtlessly when a little communication would have allowed me to make the best choice for my time, especially a week before Christmas...
Read moreI went to this Jamba Juice location today and ordered the blue electric berry lemonade I ordered my drink at 12:59 and it said it would be ready at 1:17 we get there and no employees can be found . We said hello took about another 5 minutes for someone to finally come out and their phone was disconnected as well . When we get there they say oh we will start your drink now then they tell us 4 minutes later we don’t have lemonade so then we order another smoothie only for the employee ALEX to say she can’t make it a large even though the price we paid was for more the electric drink which is the same as a regular smoothie for a meats it wasn’t until argued with her about the price difference that she agreed to make it . Absolutely horrible service would not recommend Service I truly hope a manager sees this . Would not recommend...
