Jandros Garden Patio — Restaurant in San Antonio

⚠️: DO NOT park in the lot to the left of them! I visited this bar for the first time last night and had my vehicle towed even though I paid for parking and had a receipt. While I realize this isn't the bar's fault, I'm mentioning it here because a staff member inside the bar made an announcement about making sure you pay so you DON'T get towed. What he should have said was, "Move your vehicle because you will get towed regardless." The bar itself seems decent and the bouncer was really nice. My only con is was there is no real dance floor. You just dance wherever there is space, which is primarily right where you have to walk through to get anywhere. It was so congested at one point, it made it challenging to get to the bar or leave. There's also a huge beam structure in the center. Overall, it is definitely worth visiting... as long as you don't park in the lot...

Jandros, on The St. Mary's Strip, is a great place to go and rekax with some friends & catch a live show! Their drink selection is pretty eclectic as they offer up cucumber slices & varied fruits for those who enjoy a fresh beverage such as a Cucumber Martini or, one of my favorites, a Mojito! Chill out on the patio and enjoy the views of passersby ~ they're plentiful! Never a dull moment here as each night there's something going on. Make sure you have ID as their 'Gatekeeper' Chase will ask you for it. I showed up for a show the other day relatively early. I was one of the only customers there. I started feeling like I usually do, awkward. I'm not very outgoing for whatever reason, the staff helped me feel extremely welcomed and at home though. The bartender was hella attentive and quick as hell. I will definitely be back. Thanks...
