Ordered for delivery, never received a notification saying my order was delivered even after selecting notify. This day I ordered for my family because I couldn’t pick it up. So after looking at my cameras, their food was sitting outside for over 30 minutes in the heat and the delivery driver (guy w/ blue truck) does not place the food by my door like requested also does not knock or ring the door bell. I contacted management and yea worst customer service ever. Informed him all the information above, then he asked me if the delivery driver knocked. I specifically told him I watched the camera and his best response was, “OK, so what do you want me to do”? I’m not one to think that customer is always right nor am I looking for a free meal but I do believe if you are management you should have the best customer service and better responses for your employees mistakes or lack of sense. I ordered a sandwich today for delivery and waited an hour and a half for delivery. Was told there was no driver. Then the order should have been canceled and refunded. Instead they made the sandwich and let it sit and hour and a half waiting for a delivery driver to come in to deliver it. I paid $23.21 for a soggy, stale, warm sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie. I witnessed him handle a very difficult situation with a rude and disrespectful customer – who happened to be my parent – with incredible patience and respect. I was appalled by my parent's behavior, which stemmed from being told there would be a wait due to catering orders. I called the store to apologize to Julian, and he was incredibly gracious.
