This McDonald's used to be the best McDonald's in town. But then it turned into the not so great McDonald's. They frequently mess up orders and taking a lot of time to complete orders in the drive-thru.
However, with that said, today's order was great. The lady taking the orders at the window this morning is awesome. I had a special order which no one on the planet can seen to complete correctly, but this gal always gets it right, without a 20 minute arguement, which leads to my leaving without food.
Of course she's always awesome. I love it when she's working. McDonald's managers, if you're paying attention, this lady should be training the drive-thru staff for the entire McDonald's Corp. We were order number 74 on December 07, 2020 at 10:23 a.m. If you're the manager here, please find out who she is and give her a large raise, she deserves it. Then have her train the rest to your staff, because the majority of them need additional training on order taking and customer service. You can make your McDonald's great again!
With that said, my food was hot and delicious. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the woman at the window who gave us our food didn't acknowledge us, didn't confirm what was in the bag, didnt ask us if we needed anything...she didn't say anything. Read moreWent to get Chicken Nuggets and French fries... got to the window and was asked, "you had the quarter pound with. ...", no ma'am we had a 20 piece chicken nugget and a large fry. "Ok" closed the window, can back and said "that will be $8.22" gave the cashier the money, got our change and said it would be right out. I didn't mind the wait, figured it meant fresh hot food.... minutes go by the cashier opens the window and says, "you're still here?" Closes the window and turns to her co-workers, which one of them is spraying a cart with WD-40, right there in the front by the food and drink station. Not cool at all. Or sanitary if you ask me and I'm pretty sure not healthy either for the staff. Cashier comes back after a few minutes with a bag, hands it to us, and says "I'm sorry about that would you like some drinks or something?" Which I reply, no thank you, did you put the Bar B Q sauce in the bag?" She turns to get some, as we open the bag to check it, and what's in side?? Burgers, no chicken and no fries. As the cashier comes back, we explain to her, she again is sorry and takes the bag, turns to co-workers, talks and comes back to the window to apologize again and ask us to pull off to the side. Read moreI placed a mobile order and attempted to go through the drive through. I gave them the code, they said pull up and I did. But then when I got to the next window they acted like they had no idea what was going on. They asked if I placed a mobile order again, I told them the code again and told them what was on the order. Then the guy went and got another employee who asked me for a third time if I had a mobile order. I again gave them the code and then they went and got the manager. The manager said that one of their employees had misplaced my food and they had to find it. By this time I had been sitting at the first window for about 5 minutes and there was a large line behind me. The manager told me to pull up and then the employee at the last window asked again if I had the mobile order. I again said yes and she attempted to hand me both the bag of food and the drink carrier at the same time. I asked her for some sauces (which I had asked for originally) and she just stared at me. She asked what I wanted and I told her again. After she gave them to me I pulled up a bit. I decided to check my food since the situation was so weird, and of course they gave me the wrong burgers.
