My husband and I go to this McDonald’s very often both for breakfast and dinner, and the difference between the two has always been appalling, but today has truly taken the cake. As soon as we walked in the door people at the counter were lined up with complaints of wrong orders and poor service. We ordered at the kiosk got our cups and went to the lobby to take a seat and literally every table was disgusting. This isn’t a new thing at night, but I usually get some hand sanitizer and napkins and clean a table for us but there was none to be found so I couldn’t do that. We find one decent enough so we sit down and our food comes, and the sm frappe (with caramel and choc syrup) I ordered wasn’t there so I told the girl and she looked at me and walked away. I waited and she never came back so I go up there. She’s up there bagging orders. She turns around looks at me and walks to the frappe machine and starts my frappe. I wait she makes it and hands me a medium with the syrups dumped on the top. Whatever I’m not expecting much at this point I just go back to my seat. We’re eating and I watch as 3 employees huddle up in a corner for 15 minutes on their phones. Manager comes up and doesn’t say anything. No one tries to even touch the lobby. The main girl who was taking orders on front counter stood there leaning on the register for the entirety of our visit only to come out to the lobby to get herself a drink and go back to leaning on the counter. She did hand out a couple online orders and while doing so she proceeds to take her gloved hands pick up her hat and scratch her head as well as touch her face and then continued to mess with peoples food. 15 minutes went by before we left and she still had not changed those gloves. Mind you we were there for almost 45 minutes and in that time I can’t count how many people came back up or came in from the drive thru because their orders were messed up. We love this McDonald’s that’s why we come here but the night crew is literally running this great store into the ground. Until I get to window and Im told the card was declined after they had already had me pull up to window as tho everything about my transaction was cleared. I ordered the buy one sandwich get one free. And I added large coke and medium fry to complete my order. My total should not of been $13 plus change for what I had ordered. Tell me why at the register im charged almost $14 making my card get declined because at the time there was only $9 and some change on the card. My ride was already going through it because of a traumatic day she had already been through. My friend placed a second order after mine and I had her add 2 McChicken for myself and I sent her what I owed through cash app. I heard her also place a separate mobile app order before leaving the speaker. Tell me why with out telling me that she was only going to get the mobile order did she not include my two chicken sandwiches I had already sent her the money for? Because I refused to remove items from my order that I couldn't get fir lack of enough funds. When we drive away after she got her order I asked for my 2 chicken sandwiches that I paid her for sge tells me tgat she didn't get that order and u stead only got the mobile order she placed after she placed her order with my two chicken sandwiches. Which meant that I got screwed and left out of eating entirely because she did get her original order. She had to place a mobile order and didn't bother to include my two sandwiches. Read moreHope this review actually reaches someone actually working at this location. Went around midnight on April 2nd. Had pulled up to the drive thru, politely asked if the ice cream machine was working. The employee said it was running, ordered 4 ice cream cones, a basket of fries and a chocolate shake. Got to the first window to pay and the employee informed me that they couldn't do the 4 cones. Confused I asked why and the response was along the lines because their manager said so and could ask them at the second window. They proceeded to go double check and upon coming back said they can do the cones. The employee felt very uncomfortable and in a way scared. Paid and proceeded to the second window, then at the window could open hear this manager making comments about our order as the employee from the first window was making the cones while the manager just stood taking orders, making comments about our order and giving the employee attitude. Heard the whole situation between the employee and the manager all the while she just stood there doing nothing more than taking orders. As a former fast food manager this seemed like a very poor example for a manager as there was a line and it seemed this poor employee had to work under this "manager". Didn't get a name but she was a shorter Mexican individual wearing a blue polo. Glad the employee went out of their way to make the cones as the manager had no intention to make them because they'll look melted, or dripping from what i heard through the window.
