So I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and a cheeseburger small fries special for 3.00. At 9:15, I was informed to move up as the wait was for nuggets. So I moved up and then again waited until close to 9:45, at this point Im thinking ok go inside and check on it. I spoke with the front cashier about the situation, then another manager about my order. AGAIN, I waited another 15 minutes, at this point Im furious and cant believe that after speaking with this manger(whom was also the gentleman that asked me to move up), no one was concerned with the fact that I had been been waiting over 30 minutes now. This manager did not return to the front and the other employees and as well as the cashier I had originally expressed my concerns too continued to walk pass me not acknowledging that this customer is still here. Another manager was lied passed me several time and. Even at one point began to sweep the floor. It wasnt until I expressed loudly “You have to be kidding me that I’ve been here for 45 minutes, and no one is addressing my concern for a 10 piece nugget and a cheeseburger special with fries. So then an employee decides to place these items in a bag and low and behold when I get home the fires to the special was not even in the bag. I mean I know we get behind sometimes, but this was piss poor of everyone’s behalf who worked there tonight. I can’t believe how this happened and NO one expressed any regulates to the customer for a mixup they made. So that you know it’s factual and the manager that had me move up and never came back to the front when I initially mentioned it, seems to have eczema really bad around the eyes and had cream on them. I’m so distracted and upset that after working a 13 hour shift just trying to grab dinner for my nephew and myself I still left and establishment that made me wait for over an hour for food and then in return did not have my entire order in my bag upon leaving. Customer service was negative 100, management was definitely negative 100, and training was at an all time negative 100. I hope that this was a learning experience for all parties involved, but after this I can’t say that McDonald’s deserves my hard earned money. This was an epic...
Read moreIt was 10:33am & I asked the cashier if it was lunch time. He asked his female co-worker next to him & she said yes, lunch starts @ 10:30am so I proceeded to make my order of spicy chicken tenders combo & 2 cheeseburgers. My husband wanted 2 iced coffees & a breakfast sandwich. Seconds before I swiped my debit card to pay, a lady in a blue shirt (I think her name is Corina or Corine?) yelled loudly at the cashier that lunch doesn’t start until 11am. Embarrassed, the cashier apologized and he wasn’t sure what to do next. I asked if the lunch hours had changed and the lady in blue (Corina or Corrine?) rudely said no, not until 11am, so I had to cancel my order and only place my husbands. While we were waiting, a mother & son stood in line and I hear the young boy ask for a cheeseburger happy meal. Before his mother placed their order she asked if it was lunch time & I saw that same female employee in blue yell out that it wasn’t lunch time until 11am. The mother said she thought lunch started at 10:30 & the McDonald’s employee (lady in blue) rudely said no, so the mother grabbed her sons hand & they left (it was about 10:50am). Several minutes later I walked to the front to ask about my husbands order since it had been awhile and both cashiers apologized to me because they’re both fairly new employees and they were told lunch started at 10:30am daily but they said that she was their manager and asked if I wanted to wait a few more minutes to make my lunch order. I told them no thank you because I had to leave but I felt their manager was wrong for yelling rudely at them and us customers. It’s very disappointing because I used to enjoy coming to this McDonald’s but I don’t plan on returning because that manager lady was highly unprofessional, very rude, lacked customer service & compassion and the wait time for 1 breakfast sandwich was way too long (almost 30min). For these specific reasons I want to give zero stars but it’s not an option, so 1...
Read moreToday I decided to write a review, for a couple of reasons, this McDonald’s daytime & morning service has been bad for decades. The best service times, consistently have been late evening & overnight, & they usually have less staff. Today I went, after placing an order on the mobile app & choosing to pick it up in the drive-thru, the wait truly was not bad to get to the speaker and the payment window. However by the time I got to the food window, there were probably 5 cars pulled up, or in spots waiting. The lady ahead of me, had fries and a coke, unless she requested no salt she should not have been directed to wait. When I got to the window, the lady gave me my drinks, the large was not filled & because there were so many cars waiting she directed me to pull to the handicap spot, even though I believe spot 1 was open. I sat in the spot for a bit, with hesitation, because people with disabilities need their spaces, & had yall not redone, the curb area facing the access road there would still be spots available for parking, or putting cars in waiting. I backed into spot 1, parked & remade my drink at the fountain and asked the food runner, if she had my items & just collected it & left. I checked my bag, especially after hearing, yelling inside about someone needing to remake an order to see that I had the wrong sauces, but I had one at home so I went ahead and left. I say all that to note, handicap(for lack of a better term) parking, should not be utilized for service short-comes, if people wait, items should be correct,& upgrades and changes should benefit the business and the customers. And ultimately the review does not matter because, for decades the service has...
