McDonald's — Restaurant in San Antonio

Had issues with the branch multiple times. Sent email. The general manager, Melanie, called me back in response to this occurrence. She apologized and said that she already spoke with the manager at this location. She stated that our next order would be on her and all we would need to do is say her name. My husband went to go claim our order and got the same horrible service as myself and my daughter did. The young lady that had answered had attitude. After my husband explains to her the situation, she then comes out with, What you want? Rather than what may i get for you. While my husband is placing his order, she stops to talk another employee who then says we need our receipt. My husband explained again whom he had spoken to and what the agreement was. The Seco d employee then stated that he just spoken to the GM Melanie and she stated that she had not spoken to us and knows nothing of this agreement. As stated to Melanie on the phone, this McD is by far the worst. She stated that she just took over this location and was trying to make it better. We don't see how that is possible when she herself can't keep deals to customer that she makes. We've gone to this location over a hundred times, but this is absolutely that last. With the new location that just opened up down on Foster Rd., I'll be taking my business to that location from now. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this location ever. Rude and disrespectful young employees. Only the older workers are the ones with all the respect. Honestly, this branch should just do everyone a favor and...

This Is the worst McDonalds I've ever experienced... I always get the wrong order at the drive thru and most recently I had to wait 30 min for two cookies....

4/14/2020 update Figured I would try this place again... We paid at 5:49pm..we sat at the food window and did not receive our food until 6:11. I attempted to ask the girl at the window what was taking so long and she ignored me and shut the window and walked away. We refused to pull up to the parking spot to wait for our food just due to the fact that we have done this at this location before and the staff has forgotten about us, or we have received the wrong order. I do not understand why three cheeseburgers and a quarter pounder and fries takes 22 minutes. We had no special orders or requirements with our order. The staff never once acknowledged the wait, and even had the nerve to roll her eyes when we said we didn’t want to pull forward to a parking spot. This is truly unacceptable guest service. If the staff seemed to care, tried to spark conversation, ANYTHING really with us, we probably wouldn’t be writing this review. This is not even the first time this same type of experience happened at this location. I hope management can figure out a way to weed out the bad seeds to improve their quality of service. Update: blonde girl even gave me the wrong sauce. When my food was handed to me I noticed the car that was in front of me that left was reversing because clearly something was wrong with his order and parked he then went inside I looked at the girl at the last window and told her hey he's coming inside I'm going to check my bag then she closed the door on me before I could tell her I was checking my bag so I decided to pull forward so I didn't bother the person behind me I checked my bag and sure enough it was wrong and I didn't get any of my sauce so I drove around explained at the spkr, had to wait in line and additional 8 minutes after I already waited in lin To have this blonde snarky teenage looking girl Looking at me like she doesn't know that I already came through the line trying to hand me someone else's food. Told her I already came through I needed 3 Buffalo sauces and 2 syrups for my order she comes back with one of each I looked at her and told her no I needed 2 syrups and buffaloes she then goes back gets it rolls her eyes at me and says Thank you. I will say to that there is an older lady with lots of buttons on her hat and she is wonderful I have absolutely enjoyed every interaction with this lady but that young snarky blonde girl needs to get her act together and start maturing and listening and doing...
