Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

I had went in in Friday March 11. I purchased a hit and ready crazy bread combo and wings. The young lady that took my order did not give me a receipt and had a septum piercing. She was fast at getting my order. I informed her that I was impressed that everything was ready and that the staff seemed to be new. I had stopped going to this location due to the rude employees and long waits. When I got home and my kids and I started to eat we realized the pizza was raw in the center. When I called to inform the manager she told me her name was Amanda and she was the general manager and to send a picture of the pizza to a number. In the back ground I heard the employees laughing. They were making fun of my situation! Made me realize this location still needs improvement! I called Monday morning and spoke to Joann and she told me she was the manager and that there is no employee by the name of Amanda or did she have an employee in the evening with a septum piercing. I asked what address I was calling too and she confirmed it was the location by Pleasanton road. I told her she indeed does have an employee with a septum piercing. The young lady that I spoke to on Friday night that went by Amanda managed to pull up my order number and find out my name first and last. The caller ID does not give my name. So it makes me wonder how much information how much are they able to pull up from out credit cards. I never got a call back from anyone. It’s sad that they run a business like this when prices are steadily increasing they should appreciate that ppl choose to buy from them! The fake manager in the evening needs to be replaced! OMG Worst experience ever!! Manager Joann on SW Military next to Cick Fil e' in San Antonio Texas 78211. Walked in to make an on line promotion order I received in my email from t mobile. Young lady was helping me and manager Joann is yelling in front of a customer with little kids, for her to get back there, young lady replied that she is helping a customer, Joann replied get back here, so young lady went. Than the nice cashier was helping me and she again yelled so loud and unprofessional for him to get back there. I asked him wow is does she always treat you all that way, he replied yes that she is mean all the time. She than walks up to front and yells at me to get out and I was shocked. I replied get out? Why, I'm here to order but I don't know how to do it on line. Sh yelled at me while pointing to get out ,and that helping a customer is not their job. Bad customer service. I asked her name and she wouldn't give it to me, so I asked cashier he had a scare look in his face and replied that he couldn't do that, no doubt out of retaliation from joann. I asked her for name again and she gave it to me,I than ask for corporate number she wouldn't give that either, so she just pointed at number on counter top. My God what kind of manager is that little Caesars has representing them? Horrible experience and I got thrown out because I asked her her name and corporate number. I should have known better not to come here but I didn't learn and gave them a shot. Ordered two normal pizza's befofe closing but they gave me a stuffed crust along with the normal hot and ready. Both pizza's were old but I figured cause it was closing. One of the pizza's was FULL of long hair. They didn't answer when we called and the guy in drive thru that night seemed to be on something and didn't give us a receipt. We saved the pizza and went back the next day and the manager was EXTREMELY rude and told us she would check the caller ID to see if we called last night. But what did the caller ID have to do with hair in the food when we had the pizza with us? She had a bad attitude the whole interaction and we had to actually pull up the bank statement on our phone just to prove we purchased the pizza in our hand.
