Again do not buy from this location.
I order delivery. A hour passed and still no pizza. I called to get an eta, I get placed on hold for about 5 min then I was told that it would take another 15 mins before I receive my order. I waited. 15 min passed I get a call from another individual Shift Leader Amaris being told that I will recieve my refund but no food “because of the inconvience”. The real inconvience is being told you will receive your order late, agreeing, but never recieving and order with no confirmation of a refund other than word of mouth. What reason do you give me to trust your word?
Hire people that care about how they treat others especially when it comes to food. Because this is unacceptable.
They gave my pizza and my receipt away to a stranger that claimed they were my friend. I have no idea who signed for my pizza.
Stay Away From this location
I called to retrieve a credit from a mistake on a previous online order. When I placed the previous order online there was a promotion to get the pizza at a discounted rate.
(10:30) When I attempted to replace the order, via phone call, Shelly (The Shift Manager) attempted to charge me for the replacement for the difference of the discount I recieved online. I explained how the logic of it didn’t make sense, she then accommodated me and proceeded to take the rest of my delivery order.
(11:00) I realized that I did not give Shelly my card info to complete the purchase So I called back.
(11:35) I called to ask about the status of the delivery. Travis answered the phone. This individual did not express the least amount of empathy for me showing concern of the status my order. At points in the brief exchange, I almost asked if he was even on the phone listening. The long pauses between his responses lasted an uncomfortably long time. He confirmed that my order was en route.
(11:40pm) I called back to ask the whereabouts of the driver. Shelly claimed that the order has been delivered. I explained to Shelly that I have no pizza. She then repeated herself. So I repeated myself and explained that I have no reason to lie. Shelly questions the delivery driver. The delivery driver says that he gave the pizza to my “friend” downstairs. I HAD NO FRIEND DOWNSTAIRS.
At this point i am about to explode, but what pushed me over the top is not only did I not receive my pizza, not only did someone else sign my documents and whatever amount of money for a tip. What sent me over the edge is when Shelly said “Just Call Tomorrow and Complain”. The story continues but I’ve already wasted enough time with this location
Stay away from this Pizza Hut. They don’t care about the quality of their food. They don’t care about the treatment of their patrons. They are not to be trusted with your personal information. This is Completely unacceptable and I will do everything that I can do make people aware of this major problem and to make sure no one has to go...
Read moreNever before had I thought I could be disappointed by the quality of a pizza delivery option. Cold pizza is for some people tasty, hot pizza is how the majority of the population would expect to receive their order, but "lukewarm" pizza...that is what I received. I ordered and expected a thin, crispy, and warm meal with at least the appearance that it was cooked today within the last hour. What I did not expect was a mediocre, tender(more like soggy), attempt at a pizza that felt like it must've been prepared yesterday and warmed up in the engine of the delivery vehicle on their way here--at least I know why it showed up 25 min after I expected it. I ordered mozzarella sticks too... How hard do you have to try in order to screw those up? Did you microwave them? Because that's how they feel. I take that back, microwaved, re-heated cheese sticks at least some times retain the heat and crispness of the fresh fried ones. The one redeeming quality: we also ordered a salad, and yes, it was half-decent; nothing more than what I would expect from a low-end buffet salad bar. At least you didn't significantly perform below my expectations there. Congratulations, you can produce an acceptable salad, at a pizza joint. Usually I don't even bother writing reviews as the $30 or so I spent on the food don't justify me spending the time to do so, but wow, this time I had no option. Please take a serious look at your quality controls, or at least start considering switching to a salad buffet style restaurant. For gods sake, the 3-year old croutons in the salad taste fresher than anything else...
Read moreToday was my second visit.
I went there last week, asked for extra sauce and they didnt put it. No big deal. I reordered the same order today. Got there on time and watched the woman put my pizza in the box Watched her grab my pizza with her bare hands to move it.
I called her out and asked the manager ". Arent they suppose to wear gloves if they touch our food"?
The lady walks to hand me my order And i asked Shouldnt u have gloves on if u touch my food? She lied to my face and said Oh ( started to stutter ) and lied and said oh i used the spatula. I said lady i just saw u , i stood there and watched u..
The manager said so u want us to remake it. I said ya, i dont know where her hands have been. Thats a major health violation. So the manager said ill have it out in 10 minutes.
We waited 25. They had an attitude about having to remake it . Then delayed remaking it.
Finally i got it And im guessing as a joke put souch sauce as soon as u picked up a slice everything slide off .
The 3rd pizza in the big dinner box was just thrown inand slices were over lapped
Then they were sarcastic during the process. The manager told the cutter Make sure u have gloves
Then the original lady told him the same .
I said back Its not about having gloves on. Ita about touching my pizza with bare hands. Then she adds the sealed stickers to mybox.
The whole time i got ugly looks feom other employees.
Lile how the f am i the bad guy here? I was polite the whole time.
But this location is ghetto a.f so i won't be...
