Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Antonio

First of all I used to go there a lot but my experience is always been there horrible you have a fat manager a lady there not to sound rude but she needs an attitude check and the employees need to stop grabbing their face and their hair when they're making food this last time I went I ordered two Taco salads on one of the taco salad I found a hair and one of the chalupas I found a piece of plastic I called and called the number nobody answered so I drove from the south side all the way to San Pedro back and she tells me why did you bring the food back I tell her really you're asking me this 3 hours later after I've been calling and calling you so I went over there and I told her what was in the food and what I found should will they can't be should I make the food myself she goes you always complained about everything I'm going to complain if I'm paying money for it wouldn't you so I just made my decision to stop growing 2 Taco Bell to any of them but your managers do need an attitude check cuz you are losing customers like that the food is great but when you find something like that disgusting in your food what are you supposed to do I complained and all she said was well I'll make you the chalupa game but I'm not making you anything else and I said I was going to speak to the manager and she told me go ahead and speak to the manager I'll just tell them that you complain about everything I said fine we'll see about it but I don't recommend anybody to go to the Taco Bell restaurant on San Pedro sorry to say that but...

This was the worst experience my wife and I have ever had at a restaurant ever! We ordered our food ahead online for in restaurant pick up..cool ..but when we got to the store the door was locked ! However there were two homeless standing with theyer bags on the tables with theyer items strung on all the tables..so we stand outside ..and wait to see if someone is gona tell us something...and nothing! Eventually the homeless open the door to leave and we hold the door for them...And THE manager!! Told the homeless people to tell us that the lobby was closed!!! WTH! Too boot ! There was no sign signifying that the lobby was closed ! NOT 1!...so I put my body in the door and politely told the nearest worker that I had a pickup order and my name... And the manager began shouting repeatedly that the lobby was closed.... Rude.. I told them I just wanted my food and I would go.. and the shouted at to shut the door ..so I stepped out and left my foot in it .cause I had already paid for my food and was clearly being treated bad ... All along they are letting homeless in and allowing for bad reviews ...it won't be long till this location is gone ... thankfully I wasn't a pompous rich !! I would of called the city..I hope everyone heeds this review.. seriously poor coustomer appreciation never will return ..I'd...

This taco bell has to be by far the worst taco bell I've been to ever. They got my order wrong twice after I repeated my order THREE times. Than every time I tried to order something they told me that they were all out of crunch wraps, taco pizza, doritos tacos, desserts and slushies, along with ICE and soda. The soda machine had NO ice and ALL the drinks were flat it was ridiculous, I told the staff members that they had no ice and they said okay and when I notified them that the drinks in the machine were hot and flat they just nodded their head and smiled at me. The staff doesn't care, they're just standing around and talking and laughing rather than cleaning the dirty tables and refilling the fountain machine. Joanna G. was my cashier and and she was rude and lazy along with all the other staff members and managers. I will be calling corporate today and notifying them about this location because when I looked up this location and seen the 4 stars I believed it was clean up keeped business but I was wrong. Filthy tables, flat and hot drinks, no ice half the menu wasn't available, lazy staff members standing around rather than cleaning tables and refilling the fountain station.
