Pizza Hut app finally working again. Got excited to order again but our favorite PH is now closed. Ordered from this location before reading reviews. Glad I didn’t read them because as you can see, our pizzas are quite good. Also they’re using DoorDash now so probably will eliminate delivery issues. I didn’t go to the restaurant or interact with staff. Therefore have no opinion on atmosphere or staff.

Had a pizza delivered at my office. Opened the box and it was smushed all to one corner like it had been dropped. Called to speak to someone the woman on the other line said “ugh god” then HUNG UP. Poor service.

A small mistake on my order was corrected when I got there. Was given the mistaken pizza as well as the corrected order. Both baked very well!

Order 2 Large pizzas here and they were terribly undercooked, cheese was scarce so there was more red sauce than ingredients. I called and they said they would make 2 more and send.....I was happy to trade them out. The second order got here and the same problem!! Well I cooked kids were starving so the one pizza that was at least cooked, they had a couple pieces. My 2 yr old took a bite and immediately cried out. There was a hard piece of something brown. It looked like a root or twig!!!!! I called and spoke with the manager. He went and looked at the cooking area and said he had no idea what it could have been. Well I do, someone added it in because I complained!!! He did give me a refund, minus the tip i gave the first time. I will never order from here...

Online app sent my order to the wrong store. An hour after the order was placed the Jones Maltsberger store called to say they were not our store, do not call them again, and don't use the online app. They gave us a number to another store which also wouldn't help us. Then another. Then another. This store was also not helpful. My points were redeemed and not returned. Two hours after placing my order I still have no pizza and am driving to Arby's instead. I'm done with Pizza Hut. I don't have enough fingers to count how many times I have had issues with the stores, people in the restaurants, delivery service and food. And now after calling so many stores, I know it' just Pizza Hut that...

WORST PIZZA HUT IS STONE OAK location in San Antonio. Workers have horrible attitude. PIZZA always arrives COLD and is so GREASY. CHEESE on top is ALWAYS BURNED. Get your act together!!!!! Tried this location again yesterday after a long time since previous bad experience and same issues..... Pizza was cold when it arrived and was like flavorless shoe leather. Cheese was non existent on both our pies. Absolutely no flavor. On the supreme the veggies were limp and the meat was very sparse. Overall, terrible tasting pizza and a total flop costing $47.00. GET IT...
