Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in San Antonio

First of all i'd just like to say that the staff were phenomenally nice and helpful. I must say i REALLY enjoyed the customer service. And this rating in no way reflects the staff. The establishment was well kept and very clean. Staff was very quick to clean a just used table Inside and outside (we chose to sit outside) They were quick to take our order and helpful to help us decide what was the best deal for us to choose, but again like i said LOVED the customer service and this rating in no way reflects them. But, as my reasoning for coming here was to try the food and not fall in love with the customer service, i must proceed. I have tried Canes chicken tenders twice, once when a friend bought it for me and a group of friends for lunch. And secondly when my husband wanted to try the food to see what all the hype was about. I must say i thought their chicken tenders were going to be phenomenal, as chicken tenders is in Their NAME. Forsure i thought it was going to be the next big thing, a strong competitor in my heart against chickfila. But alas when i took a bite into the crispy juicy chicken tender i waited to be hit with flavour, but None came. All the ingredients were on par, the crispyness the juicyness (a bit greasy on the outside but i personally didnt mind) but alas the main flavour the CHICKEN was a ghost to my tastebuds..flavourless. I sat there quietly looking over to my husband and asked him what his opinion would be. wondering if i was just Unlucky and if it was just my batch of chicken tenders but alas he confirmed my thoughts. Flavorless. I then dipped the chicken tenders into the peachy toned sauce they provide and i must say i very much like the sauce , but i wish i didnt HAVE to dip them into the sauce in order to feel contempt with the flavour. The pricing is a bit pricey? Or perhaps even fair but it just isn't worth it to me. The food isnt disgusting, its just plain/dissapointing against all the hype surrounding Canes chicken tenders. I expected more from a place that was so bold to put the name Of the item in...

My previous review was roughly a year ago. Gave 4.5 stars. Now....1 star, would give none if I could.

It's probably been about 2 months since I lasted visited this location. We usually visit at least twice a month. Feeding 4 is kinda pricey but we are willing to pay it. The food is usually great. Customer service, ehh some what okay. Well this last visit on 11/02/24, was horrible on almost every aspect. Customer Service was non existence, food was not fresh, very small pieces of chicken, very little fries ( on all 4 entre's) given in a to go container when it was specified dine in. After receiving it, I figured out why it was put in a container. To hide how the food was presented. Call it quality control, not really a cost control for sure. Yes every table had to go containers. Not just us. Nothing but kids working and the conditions of the store showed it, not really a good look in my opinion. Then the Restrooms? Really let's make the bathrooms bi-nary. Don't think my wife was to comfortable using it. A unirnal in there? Wow! Label both Restrooms for both to use. The conditions in the Restrooms were not well at all. Sad really, never experienced that before from Cane's. I might give it one more opportunity to correct these matters. See if my opinion mattered at all.

I have a suggestion , ok I wanted to ask if you could sale some country gravy I just love it with chicken tenders and I love to dip my fries in it ! Also I just don't like your special sauce not that it's distasteful I hear customers really love no offense I don't I'm a country gravy gal I love your chicken all of it tenders , fingers and fried chicken and the toast is delicious 😋 only sometimes it's burn or not buttery . Sometimes I don't get all my food or the wrong item and I always eat and home so I order at the drive thru so when I get home I'm like omg where's my extra toast or fries or piece of chicken and I call they wanted me to take it back my order so they can give me what they didn't or give them back what I didn't want and I'm like so far away I live off Hwy 90 at Lackland no Caine's by me that I've seen so it's hard so I'm never offered a a free item for my troubles or my driving back and forth if you work at a fast food establishment you need to be fast but correct no mistakes and if you do mess up own it fix it and move on don't get upset at the customers cause you messed up don't you think ? So please consider my gravy situation gladly appreciated , thank you lotz 💋💜💯...
