We came here for the first time on December 25th for dinner and this place made it a Very Disappointing Christmas! We will never come here again. We had reservations for 6:30. The place was not busy, but there was a line of people out the door, but not a long line. Turns out they were understaffed and would not seat anyone. They refused seating to any walk up customers and would only allow people who had reservations. The Hostess was saying if you order a pizza that it would take at least an hour to get it. That caused some people in line to leave. There were plenty of open tables, but 30 minutes later, we were finally seated. Our waitress, Faye, was doing multiple tasks. She was the Hostess at the front door, she occasionally removed dirty cups from previous guests tables, she loaded up toilet paper in the restrooms and on a very rare occasion came to our table. 20 minutes after we were seated, she finally came to our table. We ordered two of the Garlic Bread Knots and drinks. About 20 minutes later, she gave us one order of the Garlic Bread Knots, most, not all of our drinks and walked away. We still were not given any plates, napkins or menus. Several minutes later, we flagged down a waiter, Camarino, and asked for help. He found Faye and asked her to give us menus. She eventually did give them.to us. Other tables were given drinks and menus fairly quickly. We had to keep raising our hand to get someone's attention for service. Camarino came by quite often to help or relay our needs to Faye. We asked for some napkins and all Faye gave us were those small square ones that you place your drinks on. We asked her for the last drink that we still did not receive and for the second Garlic Knots. She eventually came with the drink and said they are still working on the Garlic Knots. She never gave us refills, so I had to walk up to the employee drink dispenser, and waited or someone to realize I was there. I did ask again to speak to the manager to address our many concerns, but when the employee asked him, the manager looked at us and walked away and never came to our table. That was completely disrespectful and shows he simply didn't care. We eventually got to flag down Faye so we could order our food. We wanted pizzas, but did not want to wait an hour, so we all ordered pasta. The food took a little longer to get and was barely warm. They overcooked and burned the chicken parmasean, the sausage link pieces were burnt to a crisp and everything was mostly flavorless. The Garlic Knots were decent, but barely had any Garlic. Every other table was given cloth napkins wrapped around the silverware. We were never given that. Faye only gave us a few of the small square paper napkins and dropped some forks and knives on the table. The only good experience here was with Camarino. He supported all of the other servers and helped us a lot.

I can only speak to experience regarding my online to go order of a pizza. Their online ordering platform left much to be desired. Standard 50 minute wait so I ordered my pizza 50 min before I’d be able to pick it up. I get adapting your business in a pandemic, working for a small business myself...so I hope this is received as the constructive criticism intended and not as complaints. When I arrived, they had difficulty locating my ticket and I had to practically beg to pay—they weren’t sure if I had yet to pay or not. I assume my pizza had been done for much longer than the projected 50 minute wait because by the time I was in my car and heading home, it was colder room temperature. No biggie, I just reheated it. There was no communication regarding my order being ready for pickup, though, so I’d definitely recommend that being re-visited as they definitely seemed slow enough to provide their to-go orders a little more communication. ESPECIALLY since my wait time had been 50 minutes. That’s a long time for food to sit around and cool down if the projected wait is incorrect. Staff was friendly but the lack of communication was frustrating. Pizza was pretty good. I wasn’t thrilled about paying $5 extra for 2 extra toppings (garlic and goat cheese) that ended up being necessary for the otherwise lacking recipe. And I definitely didn’t feel like I received $2 worth of goat cheese. It was O-K, but for the price, if I’m craving a stone cooked pizza, I’d probably just go out of my way to Dough.

Ordered a pick up order for a medium size pizza and 2 Alfredo pastas. When we opened the pasta in a car (because we were hungry ) there were exactly 2 spoons. I never saw such a scam in my life, especially I never expected it in Italian restaurant. I came back and showed it to a lady ( manager), who was sitting at the counter eating her seafood pasta half of my size and counting bills. She couldn’t care less and said :” Yea, that what it is...” I was charged for the drinks that were supposed to be included. On top of everything, the “ Alfredo “ sauce consisted of butter and cream and NO cheese. I paid 53 dollars for the medium size pizza and 2 pastas with drinks. The owner should really take a look at what is happening at his restaurant in the evening because we never had such a bad experience here in the past when the owner was present.

Okay so i was going to leave 4 stars reguardless of the service at this establishment if the food made up for it but as you can probably tell by the 1 star it didnt.

Ill keep it brief but i walked in after going on break , and im starving almost got dominos but decided to go close to where i work and let me tell you , i regretted it.

-1star Service was bad when i walked in I got asked "what are you doing?" 2 times by a sort of rude or disgruntled employee getting told someone who immediately walked away would take my order before finally ...

-1star it took 10 minutes to order mind you i had a 30min break , and it takes 10-15 to make a pizza, unacceptable considering there wasnt a soul inside waiting in line to order i understand that there may be a back log of people ordering out but at least take my order.

-1 star Pizza was wildy over priced for what i got it was "gourmet" but only by name because the taste was incredibly subpar it tasted like someone made me a school lunch pizza perhaps a bit better HOWEVER its appearance is heavenly, being from NY it really did look like a pizza from home but it was not nearly as tasty as i was expecting. And a bit of constructive criticism here mayne not as much oil just in general this ones a bit of personal preference but the ratio felt way off making the well cooked pizza feel soggy and undercooked even thoygh just by looking at it you can tell it was cooked good.

-1star Lastly the same individual who i earlier mentioned asked "what are you doing" 2 times when i was calmly doing my duolingo while sitting in the provided chairs approached me and asked had i got my pizza and to which i informed her i did get taken care of (i could see why she asked seeing as I sat there for 25minutes) but then proceeded to interrogate me about what it was i got exactly and yelled something at the person making pizzass behind the front counter because i guess she didnt understand what one of us had said. Perhaps shes hard of hearing perhaps she had a bad day but tbh it was a wild experience for just wanting a slice of pizza i was so peeved i made sure to inform my entire staff on the way i was treated and of the lackluster pizza to which they replied to go to some other place nearby that i dont remember the name of but yeah in my opinion dont go here the service was abyssmal and pizza...

Russo's at The Rim has been a favorite of ours since they opened, so going there on New Year's eve was understandable. My husband made reservations though Open Table (which we've done many times). When we arrived we were told it's not working (although they didn't tell us why). We were told they are under new management. We only had to wait about 5 mins. We had looked at their menu on their website and already knew what we wanted to order, but we were shown menus that were different. Our waitress stated it had changed a few months ago and didn't know why it hadn't been updated on the website. We didn't care for the current menu but did our best. Our unsweetened teas arrived and we were told she would bring us bread. After a good while our appetizer arrived via another server. After another while the waitress told us there was fresh bread coming our and would bring it to us as she topped off our tea with sweet tea and walked away. When our entrees finally arrived we asked her to please bring us unsweetened tea since she had accidentally refilled our glasses with sweet tea. Again she said that fresh bread was coming out of the oven and she would bring us some. She finally brought us the bread and unsweetened teas, then disappeared again. I don't know what other duties she had but our table seemed to be the only one she was serving and she would disappear for long stretches of time. Carbonara sauce is one of my favorites, but my dish was so salty I couldn't eat it. I trie to figure out why but it wasn't from the cheese or the panchetta, I just couldn't eat it. It was also very thick. My husband's dish was good but he could eat it all. When our waitress showed up again to see how we liked the food, I explained to her how salty it was and that I couldn't eat it. I had only had a few bites (I tried bites from several places on the plate and even tried stirring it...but it didn't help). Since there was nothing else I wanted to eat, and my husband was almost through eating anyway, she removed it from our bill. We were very disappointed in our experience as well as the menu and...
