Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in San Antonio

I came in today to get my usual caramelisous. It's ALWAYS great, and the staff is so friendly to me because I come almost every other day. I get it with 3 sugar packets and extra caramel drizzle on top. Supposedly the manager made my drink and I asked it to be remade and she literally just threw sugar on top and stirred in. When I ask the baristas to make it, they remake the whole drink which I appreciate it but I just don't understand why this manager just acted like she remade it when she just threw sugar on top and didn't put caramel drizzle on top AGAIN.

I called the store and I spoke with her and she just gave me the most, rudest, passive aggressive attitude that I have ever experienced at Scooters Coffee claiming that "yeah I put what you asked for 3 sugars" and she just gave me the hardest time on explaining cane sugar and sugar packets are different. I know that, and the regular baristas never give me such a hard time with the sugar and they never let me down but this manager did. Hopefully this location gets a new manager because she clearly doesn't care about customer satisfaction, instead she would rather be rude and claim she remade drinks when...

Just went here this morning and very upset because I bit into the tomato egg bite and had a piece of hair in there. The hair belong to the young blonde, whose name was Chloe, who handled the food, served it to me, and somehow dropped hair in the food. She did not have a hairnet on and when I came back for a refund. I told her her team you all need to have hairnets on when you’re handling food and she replied is not scooters policy to have hair nets When handling food, despite that being a food Handling and safety requirement. Chloe is not a good representation of the organization please address that because after her response was received now I have to report you all for a food inspection to make sure y’all are up to code. Chloe’s hair, though it was short down to her shoulders, and I was the young brunette who came to assist her with the refund. I love scooters coffee. I love that they have so many variations of coffee and that you can also get it in blender form, which is basically a Frappuccino from Starbucks. Lol but way better. You can definitely taste the coffee in all of the coffee that they sell. Turn whenever I get it from Starbucks. It can definitely be lost in all of the extra flavoring. Starbucks puts in they're drinks. They used to be a scooters off Blanco years ago and was devastated when they closed. Honestly, my favorite coffee shop in San Antonio. If you ever happened, me passing by a highly recommended stop by. I love this coffee shop with all of my heart. They do offer alternative milk options so definitely don't be shy and stop in!
