I’m kind of in disbelief as I write this. I have been a long time customer of Starbucks and have enjoyed my experiences coming to this specific location. Today I got the bad side of one of the baristas named Lilly.
Lilly originally made my mobile order of 2 grande cold brews. When we picked them up they were not what we were expecting nor did it taste like it either. I had just ordered the same exact order the day before, Saturday morning 3/25. I enjoyed it so much I came back for it again today.
I went to the drive thru and kindly asked the person, who was taking orders, if they could remake them. My reason for the request was 1. It tasted like iced coffee vs cold brew, 2. Didn’t see any cold foam topping like we usually do, 3. It tasted off …. Nothing like it did yesterday. She kindly said they could do that for me and had me drive up.
Well…. As soon as I drove up to the window Lilly stood there ready to to attack. She asked what was wrong with my drinks and requested the stickers that were soggy and wet from being on the drink. She didn’t understand why she had to remake them because she had made them according to the order. I suggested a slight change to it thinking that might be the problem. She said no she couldn’t do that because that’s not what the ticket said. I questioned why she couldn’t. She stared at me, rolled her eyes and left to make my drink. I could still hear her making comments to the other baristas while making my drinks. Very childish and inappropriate
Well LOL. This picture i posted is what my remake drink was. I can’t believe that it was such an inconvenience to her to remake my drink and then at that do a horrible job at it. I don’t think she is a good barista… this location has great barristers and I never have any issue! Lilly, I hope you know because of my experience with you I won’t be coming back to this store. Maybe you find another job that makes you happy, one without customer interaction.
I want to mention that there was absolutely NO ONE in the drive thru and it wasn’t as if I was holding up an entire line of people and she was overwhelmed by orders.
I will continue to enjoy my drinks from another store. Because I do enjoy Starbucks and have had great...

I’m disappointed with the customer service I received at this Starbucks location. I ordered frappes, as I often do, and noticed they came without whipped cream. When I kindly asked for the whipped cream to be added, one of the staff members insisted on charging extra. I explained that I’m a regular customer, and I always order the same drinks—with whipped cream included—and have never been charged for it before.
Instead of resolving the issue politely, she continued to argue with me, which was frustrating and unnecessary. I understand if there are policy changes, but the lack of consistency and the dismissive attitude were disappointing.
I hope management can provide better training to ensure staff handle customer concerns with more professionalism and courtesy in the future.

Since my Daughter is 😊 with your drinks snacks. That makes me Happy. I Like the fact that the place is very relaxing clean and the staff is Friendly yet professional. The staff takes pride in there work, Everyone going the extra mile to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
