I hesitated in putting 2 stars for this location. I went to pick up a mobile order a little after 7am today but went inside since the drive thru was long and was on my way to work. One customer sitting waiting on something so it was not to where they could not notice I was there. I was never acknowledged so I decided to ask one of the ladies for my order after hunting at the ones already there since no customer service skills came out of anyone. Her response was “I don’t know mam I do food not drinks” she never said “ but let me get someone to help you” she just decided to turn around and continue to what she was doing. I noticed there was a young girl doing drinks right next to her so I thought she would say something but she didn’t. I waited a few minutes just watching. A man walks in and the girl preparing the drinks right away asks for his name and looks for his order. Wow! I had to say something at this point since I was already there waiting before, so I asked her for my order and she said “yes mam yours was coming up” and she places it on the counter and just goes on with what she was doing. I wanted to say something else but chose to stay quiet. It is so sad to see that there is a lack of customer service skills nowadays. Let’s not forget that businesses are up due to the customers! Maybe it’s time to train or refresh staff with good customer...
Read moreHave you ever noticed that people have unreasonable expectations of Starbucks employees? When the line gets long here, like every other brick and mortar drive through, the employees apologize for the wait not only at the ordering speaker but at the window as well. Yet even when the line is almost non-existent, they still apologize for the delay. It makes me sad to think that the people who work here have to be in such a constant state of apology.
Here's what I love about this Starbucks; the man who works the drive-thru, Justin, brightens my day any chance that he can get to quick small talk. There are times when the line is long and he's not able to chit chat, but he's still takes the time to smile at me and make eye-contact, which makes me feel seen. When I go inside to eat there are so many ladies working the counter making coffee and they are hard workers. I don't know how they do it, moving so fast making so many drinks.
Could I make a peppermint mocha at home? Sure, but it would not taste like the magic that is Starbucks. So yes, I will wait in line a little bit longer for that magic formula because I'm not just paying for the delicious taste but also for the convenience. People should be more grateful and less...
Read moreJust left this location, very poor customer service. We ordered our drinks and no one even bothered to let is know our drinks were ready, we couldn't see because a friend of the employees came in to visit and all they did was chat away when after about almost 15 minutes of waiting the guy tells us ”your drinks are ready, they are just sitting here” So we felt uncomfortable and sat outside, of course we were enjoying our time when all of a sudden the lady employee comes walking up and says ”sorry I need to steal your table we are closed” I look at my clock and its literally 10:01.. We weren't even done with our drinks and were going to start heading out anyways, we knew they were closing I'm not dumb I see when tables and chairs are being put away but to come up to me and say that.. Honey I've worked in the restaurant business, I know when its time to close and you want to go home but it isn't good customer service to go up and pretty much tell people they need to leave.. Very dissapointed, how those two got their jobs baffles me but apparently I'm not the only one who received bad service.. Won't be going back there for a while and if I do I'm turning around and walking out if those...
