STEELY NEVADA'S BAR & LOUNGE — Restaurant in San Antonio

(((NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY))) Bought ONE draft beer in the afternoon. One week later I have a charge for a total of 25 dollars. I am guessing they tipped themsleves after i declined to do so for the terrible service. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL ROB YOU. I'm surprised this buisness is still running. I'm a veteran too, they will steal from just about anybody.

(Edit: Theres no public menu so the owner justified their theft by saying "we dont sell 8 dollar drafts" and to "ask the regulars if we steal". Why would any buisness steal from their regular customers? And is it my job to ask the regulars after this bar stole from me? I literally have the transactions in my bank. Isn't there numerous reports of this bar commiting fraud?)

And I don't want a refund or to go back and fix this cause theres no point. I just think people should know how terrible this place is. Just go anywhere else. At least you won't get robbed...

The KJ has a very limited amount of songs and is using an “old school “ system. At least 5 songs I requested were not available on his list. He tends to only let his friends sing. Some chosen few sang up to 4 songs before we even got to sing once! And the rotation would allow for his friends to sing at least 3 times before we got to sing again. The bartenders were more concerned with their text messages than with the customers. I counted 3 bartenders, while only 1 customer was being served, and a line of about 6 waiting. At least 25 people left before 11pm, most likely due to the slow service and the KJ’s “preferred friends list”. The owner truly needs to restructure his staff, in order to see an increase in his profits. The only good staff member was the bar back. He was courteous and helpful. I will not...

Great place to casually drink and sing karaoke. What I love about this place is that people of all sorts and ages were just hanging out, having a drink, singing karaoke, and having fun. Some went up and sang about their exes, some went up making me feel like I was sitting at a front row seat at The Voice, some didn’t care about how they sounded and just sang their hearts out which made it all the better, and then there were others that were passionately voicing their opinions about Amber Heard by singing an absurd, yet entertaining song.
