Subway — Restaurant in San Antonio

People are nice, that's about it, sandwich was cold by the time the chick finished wrapping my subway, plus this tops my sloppiness subway sandwich ever by a lot, so many times I've added every vegetable onto the sandwich that is usually stuffed way more ( i requested light eveything so the wouldnt struggle) and not a single drop of sauce coming out, couldn't even unwrap this subway because of the sauce being all over the paper. It would be understandable if it was busy but I was the only one there when I got there, other dude took a while making the online order as well. Which he was supposed to help me but pretty much threw at the girl so he could do the The more simple order by the time my sandwiches were given to me 2 other people showed up, THAT'S IT. Seems like chick was new so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. Seems as if they both took long so they wouldn't have to attend the next customers. I come here every week - I have a job as a vendor at this Walmart. Most of the time the service is fine but twice it has been horrible. Tonight I’m tired from working and want to sit down and eat my meal and catch up on emails. But the staff are literally yelling and singing in the back. While there are tables which have not been wiped down. Several times you can here the F word yelled out. Very very unprofessional. Another time I came at 9 they said they closed at 10 yet their dining room was closed. So I had to sit at a high table which I had to ask to be wiped down and my feet literally stuck to the floor it was such a mess and yet an hour before they close I was not able to sit in a comfortable booth. They need some mature people to work in...

This is only happening in Subway!!! I had chicken sandwich online order and once i went to pick up my food co worker said she couldn’t make my order because they have no chicken, no Italian herb bread, no ranch sauce!! And she said store phone also not working to call me and notify me about the issue!!I was like wow ok can you substitute chicken with something else?
