Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in San Antonio

Got there and was the only customer in the restaurant. No one was sitting or ordering or in the drive thru. The register person which I’m going to assume was the manager because she had a red shirt and was moving cash drawers around was there on her phone cleaning the tea container. She saw me and told me “be right with you”. I waited and waited as she had absolutely no rush to get to me. She was on her phone laughing and cleaning the tea container as if it was priority. I waited and kept waiting and after about 7ish minutes I see her finally start to put stuff away. I’m literally just there looking at her waiting the entire time. She then proceeded to go to the back and disappeared for a few more minutes then comes to the register. She is putting some stuff in and then curses and goes back to the back because she had something wrong. At this point I’m still waiting and eventually after just standing there for over 10 minutes I just left the place. You need to teach this lady the importance of prioritizing her customers and leaving the tea machine and talking on the phone for another time....

Food was good. Drive thru lady got rude when i asked what kind of drinks they had. Then they shorted us a whole kids meal. Had to go back inside even though i was short for time. Went in and and two women were at the front desk and ignored me. One even had family right next to me to come talk to her even though she couldn't finish her work first. Lots of people staring you down inside and lots of bums sitting outside in the ground that made walking past uncomfortable. Also came out to over 30 dollars for not that many items?? Im not sure how they have so many stars. Edit: my kid didn't eat his food immediately and we later found a thick black hair in the nuggets. Absolutely disgusting to do to someone's childs food. I will be contacting corporate and i hope the person who did this has a similar experience done to...

I have not been to a tacobell In a very long time, frankly I am kind of discouraged with a lot of Restaurants and fast food Establishments Because of their lack of service and quality of product But today was very different I walked into the KFC Taco Bell on San Pedro and was greeted By the cashier Britni who was very courteous and kind and And made everyone feel like their business was very much appreciated!!! Even despite language barriers because she was dealing with some of the migrants that are coming in to San Antonio and regular customers at the same time again she showed more patience and care than most people In that same industry.
