Fantastic "pickup" Pizza!!!!! ((Too bad they don't deliver, but when/if they begin to I hope they won't lose they're ""longtime getting here" style of flavors.
I was absolutely peeeeeeed off with Domino's Pizza in my area for the THIRD TIME of BAD Service, so I called CC's & asked :what can You do for ME???!!"
The phone call went very well: 1. The M.O.D. (MOD = JAIME CERDA) listened to my dilemma with D.P., said to order through his assistant & they would "do their best to take care of me..." I ordered through the assistant & as young as she sounded (ended being 18-21 yrs. old) was very respectful & attentive, offered EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, quoted me a correct price & up-sold me with a salad. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted ((something a patron Will Not get at most pizza places)), attended to, & after paying ((so glad they finally allow clients to pay by credit/debit/gift card)) the registrar showed me my salad ((I specified ++broccoli++ & carrot only)) & asked her if I could have more...SHE SAID "YES" ((another rarity in today's restaurants)), including selecting whatever salad dressing(s). I couldn't wait to taste what my pizzas tasted like, being so hungry, an hour before putting up with the lousiest service from ((McCullough Domino's Pizza)), and, having visited this ((San Pedro Ci Ci's Pizza...many time)), enticed by the buffet...had to munch & munch & munch. The flavor & the quality were FANTASTIC. The added presentation of "HOW TO TAKE CARE OF A CUSTOMER"...MADE THIS EXPERIENCE WONDERFULLY WONDERFUL I'd lost faith in any good service, to say the...
ย ย ย Read moreThis restaurant in San Antonio,TX; like many other restaurants here are disgusting. There was hair in the food, flies on the self serve bar and some of the workers had no gloves on. In order to work in a restaurant or any food service-cafeteria in the US; you need to have a Food Handling Licenses...not in San Antonio.
The Health Department local inspectors are paid off to turn a blind ๐๏ธ eye to alot of the conditions in San Antonio. From what I was told by a resident. And yet, they thrive on tourism. YUCK! I have met other people from other cities that move to San Antonio to work in a chain restaurants, that share the same sentiments and concerns. They said San Antonio have the nastiest people working in their restaurants...that they have ever seen. At 1st I didn't believe them. But ,now I do after today. When I am close to food...I pride myself on safety and cleanliness...I have my Food Handling license (first of all God is watching me). What you do to others will be done unto you...sooner or later. I had to add this to the review. I scrolled down and saw alot of negative reviews from obviously all sensible people. Cause they ALL said the exact same thing I did in this post. Now, I don't feel so bad. Even a person from Dallas said this was the nastiest place they ever encountered and the whole family got ๐ท sick. Nothing like Dallas. So...
ย ย ย Read moreWhat the heck happened to this place? I know it's Cici's and "you get what you pay for," but the lady managing the place has really taken it down hill since she took over sometime towards the end of 2017. Business looks like it's gone down and no wonder.
We just came in tonight after being away for a month (we used to eat there once a week or two), business was slow, but you'd have thought they were busy with their inability to put out fresh pizzas or clean up after patrons had long gone. While the manager was eating at a table with her family, the assistant manager seemed to have screwed a takeout order up and when the customer asked what the number was to the store, she said she didn't know her own store number and that nobody working there probably did either. Wow. Eventually the manager, who was apparently eating there with her whole family on what I'm assuming was her "off time," got up from eating and told the assistant how to handle it (I'm assuming), and then just left when she was done eating.
The table next to us was tired of checking for anything worth coming out, as were we. There was no music, so everyone could contemplate in silence how sad this place has become. Nevermind it took the busboy like 20 minutes to clean up like 6 tables. Try another Cici's. After coming to this one for years and years, I...
