This is the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life but i don’t think i could have chosen a better place to train and get in tip top condition. This is an ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING gym to train if you’re serious about getting your body In the best physical condition as possible. The Owner himself gets down and dirty with anyone that walks through the doors and are serious about training. I highly recommend this gym to anyone seeking to change their body and health. The entire support team of trainers are guys that understand boxing and will not allow you to injure yourself using improper techniques. They are indeed a stickler...
