Dinner is not gave a low rating is because I will try to order through the intercom box and the lady couldn't hear me very well or something and I was speaking quite loudly and she kept repeating back something way different that she heard on her microphone so I'm not sure if it's your guys intercom system or something like that but it turns out to not be because when I went to the window cuz I asked her can I just order at the window because you're not understanding what I'm saying is The night Lady she's working overnight short stature lady very nice very kind but but when I got to the window she kept repeating back something different that I was ordering and not like it was just kind of annoying that she kept saying what so you want this and no I don't want that repeatedly and I was speaking quite clearly that's the only reason why you got a little bit was great she was very nice you know but that's why cuz I had to order the window and even then it still got it wrong and I told her I was lactose intolerant and she still gave me a chocolate shake when I told her I didn't want it anymore so I still got charged for it too but she was nice though so I still took it but again so when I found out that there's actually milk inside the iced coffee I didn't want it anymore and I told her I didn't want it but I still got charged for it and I got charged for the...

UPDATE... First, Vidal was great in the drive thru. Always nice to see there are people who know what customer service is. Second, If you haven't tried their "All Day Big Meal" you are missing out. Missing out on saving money! They also offer a breakfast ADBM. Supreme croissant, hash brown, 5 tiny tacos and a coffee for FIVE BUCKS. You will be hard pressed to find a better deal! And ask for the Creamy Avocado Lime Sauce. It's like icing on your breakfast cake!

It's Jack in the Box, fast food. Always hooked on those mini tacos and if you haven't tried the onion rings you really need to try them... I know you wouldn't think it, but try them... I have had them at another JITB and they were less than ok but glad I gave them another chance at a different location. Yummmmm... In particular, I wanted to mention this location because the young lady at the counter I think her name was Alicia she was incredible.. We recently visited Jack in the Box well after 1 AM, not expecting much in terms of customer service, as most fast food places tend to be lacking after 11 PM. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received from the woman working the graveyard shift at the drive-thru. She had short hair and was not only extremely polite but also ensured that our food was made fresh and to be careful with the tenders because they were hot!

Earlier that day, my boyfriend’s grandpa had passed away, and he had been very upset and without an appetite all day. After sleeping most of the day, he finally felt up to visiting Diversions. After we left the arcade, he finally had an appetite. The woman working that night was incredibly kind and respectful, providing a much-needed moment of comfort during a difficult time.
