Target — Local services in San Antonio

I have never felt more safer at this target. A group of older Hispanic men (maybe mid 30’s) walked into the store right before me. The group split up inside the store, I noticed as I was walking through the store one of them was following me. I knew as soon as I stopped to pick up spam, he picked up some bread looked at it and put it back. As I headed to the produce there he was again, walked through their ulta section, there he was again. By looks of this man I knew he did not care to look at makeup and face wash. Walked through the clothes and ran into someone I knew. She looked at me and asked me what was wrong, told her to slowly look at the man behind me looking at the women’s clothing. After this I approached a target employee, let her know the situation and that I could be wrong. She acted fast. I don’t know if she saw these men walk in the store before I did and thought something was off about them however she was fast to fix the situation.

I’ve been in many targets and not one target employee was as understanding as she was. Nor have I talked to a target employee that was so kind and helpful. She offered to walk me to car but decline. As I have been in multiple situations like this one.

I just wanted to come on here and say If you ever have any doubt about your safety at this target, these employees...

I entered the upscale cosmetic area, I believe it is supposed to be a mini ULTA type thing .. anyhoo, I walked into the area , there were 2 young female employees just yapping away about personal stuff . This irks me to no end , I have a difficult time finding work due to my age and yet these young ladies had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ! You all hire these clueless gals over someone more seasoned in customer service that might teach these gals a thing or two. Not once was I acknowledged, I was basically ignored. This upscale portion of the store will never make it with store associates like this . I walked around 2 times in the small area , it wasn’t until I made eye contact with one of the girls and said HI! that she responded back with a HELLO .. THATS IT! no , Did you find everything ok? May as well go to a drug store down the road and get better customer service . These are upscale products! Teach these young people the meaning of good customer service for Pete’s sake or better yet hire someone that knows better from the start! Btw I do not care to hear your personal life , certainly they should know better than to do this on the sales...

I went into the store this evening in a hurry to find a tie to go along with a suit that my son was required to wear to an event this evening. I went in looking for a clip on and was only able to find a mens tie. I was so worried that I wasn’t going to have time to figure out how to tie it with no experience. As I was checking out I was looking around for a male patron or employee who might be able to help me. I happened to walk up to Elmo who was working in the self checkout area. I explained my predicament and told him no pressure but I was wondering if he would be able to help me. He said he would try but it had been quite sometime and he wasn’t sure if he remembered how. He took the tie and made a perfect tie. It took him several attempts and he even used a video camera at the self checkout register to make sure he had it just right. This was absolutely priceless to my son and I. I really appreciated the help and his commitment to get it just right! That was not only meaningful to us but a really great example to my son of a kind man. I don’t think we will forget this kind gesture. He deserves to be...
