Whataburger — Restaurant in San Antonio

Not usually one to write reviews but here it is.

I’ve been going to this location at least once a week for about 10 years or so, maybe longer. I have never had an issue with it before, until I went early morning today (Monday, January 15th, 2018) I ordered a #13 with gravy and a Dr. pepper, a #1 burger only with just mayo and lettuce, and an extra side of medium fries. After about 15 minutes of waiting in line I finally got up to pay for my order. During the process of waiting for my food the two ladies I saw inside of the restaurant were eating on the job. No kidding, they literally were taking bites out of food as I sat there and waited. Not very professional in my opinion. Once I finally got my order and drove off, I came to find that I got my #13, but nothing else. I then had to turn around and get off my car to go inside and tell them. They got my burger and my extra fries, finally. And now I come to find when I get home, they gave me honey butter sauce inside of my #13 chicken strip meal. Not even the gravy that I ordered.

I am seriously in shock and awe of how horrible my experience was tonight after going for many years and never having an issue before. It was poorly handled and a mess. Think I’ll start going to Wilderness Oak location...

Had an awesome experience at this location today! I had already place an order for dine in. My usual order is the #1 w/cheese and mayo. I saw they had a Spicey CHICKEN SANDWICH for a LIMITED TIME, I did not want to cancel my order and re-order. The youn lady at the cashier stated their chicken sandwich was delicious! I walked to find a booth with the chicken sandwich thought! Lol I had been to Cane Chicken before but their line was soooo lon, I ended up at WHATABURGER. My combo was delivered by the General Manager, Mr. Hodges. I explained how the cashier had complimented on their chicken sandwich and how I would try it "next time." The Manager was so kind explaining in fact the sandwich was for a limited time. He kindly offered a spicy chicken sandwich for me to try, talk about great customer service! I offered to pay for it and he did not allow me! Let me tell you, WHATABURGER'S SPICEY CHICKEN SANDWICH IS DELICIOUS! You need to try! I am so glad WHATABURGER hires kind people! Good morning, I have love whataburger burgers for so long, I was in San Diego, Ca due to my military career and I always debated about in & out burgers vs whataburger with my friends and coworkers letting them know how whataburger burgers are way better, so today for the first time today I decided to have breakfast, so I order the limited time sausage bowl, using the drive-tru and took it to my work office, and at my third bite I felt something wrong, something hard, so as I spit it out and dig thur it, I was able to find a small black rock, at first, I didnt make a big deal because my mom sometimes forgot to clean beans before making them and I used to get one or two small rocks :) but after thought it again I start thinking about kids or the elderly eating this rock. I feel that whataburger needs to pay more attention, how that this black rock (maybe gravel) end up on the breakfast bowl?.
