The service was great and I can see they do have a hard working cook in the kitchen, however the appearances don't match the quality you're given in terms of the food and cleanliness. I don't like being critical of local restaurants but the place needed a deep cleaning. I was seated next to a wall that was dirty and the scent of a wet map La Croix would hit me now and then.
The food was also a huge let down. You think in a big busy restaurant like this, the food has to be good right? I decided on a shrimp and vegetables lunch combo which wasn't too expensive. The price was under $15 but you'd be better off getting chinese food at the mall. I've had better quality and tastier meals at Panda Express. The shrimp came swimming in a white, gelatinous gravy which really ruined ny appetite. Luckily the chicken fried rice and eggroll were still tasty so that's why it's not one star. However I'll likely never return again due to how it wasn't worth the price or time to eat here.
My servers were lovely but they were also like robot wranglers. The robot that serves in the restaurant is really cute but it's just a gimmick & doesn't improve the restaurant in any way. Go to kura if you want to see a robot serve you & get a better value...

Oh my... now they have a robot called bella that delivers their nasty food to tables. Servers miserable... cleaning around where you are eating.. spraying cleaning fluid all over...... yuck. Ordered crab rangoon.. 4 in total for 7 dollars.... NO CRAB OR SCALLION... YUCK
MY son got orange chicken lunch special... i ordered general Tso.... same exact dish... nothing different.. nothing tasted different . We asked the main server if this was correct she said the one had red peppers... however they both did.... 2 pieces of broccoli
As we both looked around as to why the place was busy.... a lot of seniors.
No taste buds... the most nasty food ever. I should have known better than to go back. This is not real Chinese food... its a joke. DoNOT waste your money at this place. We didn't even get a fortune cookie. The food was old and not correct. Panda express is 10xs better and T-jings is the best. Never again... yuck
I will never understand why people eat there. Who puts shrimp into wonton soup...no wontons served........

There was only one other party inside. There were 2 people working at the front stand and both stood there staring at us like, "what are you doing here?" It was clear we were not welcome or wanted. I asked for a table for 3 and the girl picked up 3 menus and then walked away. At this point, no words have been spoken by the staff. My husband says, "I guess we're supposed to follow?" and we do and get sat in a booth. The girl walks away without a word. Finally, the server comes over and says no more words than absolutely necessary. The robot was the only good thing about the visit (brings the foos) but not worth the poor service. The food was underwhelming, the water tasted weird, and the spring rolls were mushy and tasteless. Normally when you leave a restaurant, the staff thanks you but again? The staff said nothing. I can overlook subpar food if there is good service, but bad service with extremely average food? Nope. Don't bother. It's not worth it. Now I know why the parking...
