I ordered here on Tuesday through the drive thru during my lunch break. I ordered 2 bean and cheese tacos, chips and a tea. Half way into my 2nd taco i noticed theres was something pink in the beans. I opened the taco and there was more pink things that looked like raw meat. I had about 5 or 6 pink things in half this taco. I called the facility immediately to address the issue and demanded i get a full refund. Carla told me she would only be able to refund me the 1 bean and cheese but not for the other because i had already ate it. I told her i wouldn't have ate the 1st one if i noticed the pink stuff sooner. She said a manager was not there for me to speak to but I could speak to Elsa later on in the day. So i went back around 5:30pm and showed Elsa and Jessica the remaining half taco with pink stuff in it. They had no idea what it was. Elsa took it back to the kitchen and came back to confirm it actually was raw meat in my bean and cheese tacos. Instead of refunding me my full amount (showed proof of receipt) they only refunded me for the tacos. I've been a customer here since I was in highschool. I love this place. But its really disappointing that the staff does basically nothing and shows no remorse for the fact that they put raw meat in my bean and cheese taco. You should really work on showing more appreciation for your...
Read moreWent early the morning of 4th of July because our fav spot was closed. Got into the drive thru and immediately the woman at the window was RUDE and not helpful when explaining their confusing menu. We ordered one plate of “quesobirria tacos” and A (singular) Gordita plate. We wait for 30 MINUTES in the drive thru before we got our food. The quesobirria was cold, dry, and barely filled with any meat. The cheese was abundant but it also tasted very SPOILED it smelt like feet and tasted worse. The Gordita plate came with rice and beans but they FORGOT to give us our rice and beans. When we swung back around they were very rude and almost refused to give us the food we paid for. The Gordita was COLD, dry, and also very pungent tasting. The total cost was $25 but honestly this is value I would pay $10 to NEVER eat again. The service was rude, food disgusting, price unjustifiable and restaurant itself looks VERY rundown. We asked to speak to the manager and instead the window lady laughed at us and closed the window. If I could give zero stars, I would. Never going back, gave it a shot, lost $25 and gained a lesson. NEVER eat here unless you want bubble guts, bad service, terrible food, and an overall rip off. I will be calling our local food safety department because the cheese they sell is SPOILED it has to be with how...
Read moreI have been coming here for a year. Quiet place with decent food. Yesterday ordered a half lemonade and half unsweet tea. It was brought to me and I thought it was a bit sweet. Upon getting up to leave I asked for a refill. I was told I would be charged for an entirely new drink. I asked why but she made no sense. I paid my usual 60.00 bill for two and we left. Leaving a 20% tip as usual. Went back today and asked the manager what was the deal. He began explaining but it still made no sense. I was being charged for a lemonade each time. I then said, if I only getting half each time, then I should only be charged every other time. We sat and began to order. Again the waitress says I have to buy an Arnold palmer each refill. Then began to explain the it was a mix and they do not mix half unsweet with lemonade and in fact I am being charged for a mixed drink. Wth?? I never even got what I asked for. So instead of mixing lemonade and tea, I was getting drink mix! How stupid is this? We spend 60.00 every time we come in from Converse no less and they want to screw us like this and blow a 29% tip as well. This is just dumb business and it is no wonder there are only six cars at the most here. We will not be coming here again. Lose a steady customer for a dumb...
