NOT WORTH THE MONEY. MISLEADING. I promised my kids something fun. This place has misleading pictures to get you to come in. At first, we entered and no one was at the lobby. After a few minutes, a guy worker walks in. I say “hi! We got tickets, how does this work?” Then he replies with “hello, half of the rooms are not working and we have had many unhappy customers. It’s hectic”. WAY TO GREET A NEW CUSTOMER. We decided to still go inside and enjoy our time there but let me tell you that it was terrible. Even my kids complained. It says interactive rooms… WHERE? Many things were broken. No music, very quiet. The buttons don’t work, the lights don’t work, the “music wall” did not work for the most part. The “video” room’s computer did not work and then exited out of the system and showed a Window’s background. Multiple items were broken such as the iPad inside the house on the table which was smashed internally. The light bulb wall did not work when we arrived, the buttons on the house by the tree did not work according to commands. The “rooms” are little and the workers were just sitting on their phones doing nothing about it. Barely any room to walk around. No AC. Bathrooms were missing TP. As my kids and I went inside I heard the girl worker complain about some clients that had just left and had asked for them to try to fix one of the rooms which discouraged me from even asking any of the staff for help afterwards. Anyway, I spent more time on this review and even enjoyed it more. I EXPECT MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Also, the fabric on the chair inside the mouth is very dirty and looks black and please refrain from responding to my review with your usual smart comments that I’ve been seeing in some of the bad reviews you have on your page. Don’t waste your time, the only way to make it right is to give me my $61.70...

So saddened by how it's changed. We went exactly 1 year apart so August 2019 then August 2020. There has been a decline in service unfortunately. Our first experience was immersive, every one had specific time slots which meant no crowds and a great experience in every room. When we arrived we were told of the Wonder Chamber experience and wrote a note for the wall. There was maybe 2 or 3 other couples our first time so it was quiet and you could enjoy 1 room fully.

This year with covid we thought for sure they would extra adhere to the time slots but the complete opposite happened. It has become a free for all. The people working there spent more time in the back area chatting than paying attention to who was entering. There were multiple people in the rooms and we had to embarrassingly ask a group of girls to leave after they stormed the room we were in and began taking pictures while we were still there. There were people now waiting watching you take pictures in a line bc they weren't going to the different room. The rooms are great and you'll get an amazing picture experience but the Wonder Chamber has lost it's special factor and now seems like a mall attraction. I hope they go back to what made them unique and special. Adhering to the time slots would be a...

Yet another DISAPPOINTMENT 😞 For what they charge for tickets they could keep of with the installations. There were missing bulbs, bulbs that had gone out, how are u suppose to experience, interact or be creative when half of the things are broken or don't work correctly. Whoever is in charge needs to do better with the upkeep. Remind customers to close the doors completely so that others can enjoy their time and the Plushy room unsanitary to the fullest extent ppls shoes are all over the matted down carpet and I would think twice before touching anything in there cause if someone has head lice or comes in with fleas, bed bugs love those kind of places. There was balls in the water from other rooms nobody cleans in there and honestly at least 4 rooms that have no purpose whatsoever ur literally standing in a box with music no art at all..if the walls were padded u would have felt like u were in a psychiatric ward. I do not recommend not even for little ones try...

EDIT: I understand Carlos was just doing his job which he did 100% better than you did. You argued with me and threatened to call the cops. All I wanted was a refund or help finding the policy. Which when you finnaly helped me I left without further issue. You called me hours afterwards on my personal phone number for no reason but to tell me I was wrong again. Carlos is cool but you threatening to have me 'removed' and calling me on my personal phone number hours after leaving is unprofessional in my opinion. Fix the broken glass and give me a refund. Totally sad and not what the photos are. Dont waste your money here Carlos won't refund you. Wasted $50 the owner even called me after on my personal phone number to tell me I hadn't seen the whole place he said he doesn't care about a bad review and the broken glass isn't sharp?! Broken glass and dirty floors and mirrors.

Wonder Chamber was hands down the coolest art showcase we’ve ever been to. Every room was super creative, immersive, and just plain fun. It felt like walking through a living, breathing art piece — we were honestly blown away by the detail and variety. Only small complaint: some areas were a bit warm, which is understandable since it’s the middle of summer. But more than the heat, the air felt kind of thick and stale in a few spots — like the circulation wasn’t great. I’m mildly asthmatic, and I did notice the air felt “heavy” in certain rooms, which made it a little uncomfortable at times. That said, the experience overall was awesome and totally worth it. Would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting — just maybe bring a handheld fan if you’re sensitive to stuffy air!
