They are theives and will try to rip you off. Tried to sell my gold and gave me the wrong spot price for it and when I brought it up became agitated and told me to leave. What a rip off.

To answer your question. When I called I asked him how does he pays for gold and he said $100 less than the spot price so I asked him for the spot price to which he gave me the price from 4 days ago and that is a scam and unprofessional. When I checked the spot price it was $20 more than so I asked him for what we had agreed on $100 less than spot to which he said no and gave me the coin back and i was asked to leave. All I can say is "WOW"! this is not the 1st time I've used A.G&S...this is actually the 3rd time they have redesigned my wedding ring...but today..the 1st words out my mouth were "WOW"! To explain the story, I lost my father earlier this month and my father had left me his wedding ring. I took my rings to A.G&S explaining how I would like incorporate my father's ring into mine, they never let me down in the past,so with full trust I left my rings in Their care, I get the call it's done...i go to pick it up..and WOW..it almost brought a tear to my how beautiful of a job they did and knowing my father's ring is now with mine...i could babble for hours...but I'll just post the pics so...
