The Jewel itself is great. We passed by on Sunday while walking downtown and decided to stop in . The house is gorgeous the staff is friendly, I love the owner and the entertainment depends on who is playing. The 1st duo we saw was a 2 gentleman, 1 on sax one key boards. Absolutely fantastic I could hear them all day. The 2nd not so much. As for the food. We went for brunch, they only had 1 item on the menu that was 1 waffle, eggs, bacon or sausage and potatoes with a mimosa. Nice well rounded breakfast but pricey. Although I don't like mimosas. 2nd time same choice but prices went up. So we were disappointed. Now, there is a food truck on the side of The Jewel which you can order from, they have a larger variety and the food is much better. On our more most recent visit menu changed prices dropped. I was still not impressed with food the chillaquillas should be taken off the menu. Store bought chips pace picante sauce poured on top with canned refried beans for 8.99. I very disappointed my friend had eggs sausage and potatos same price. I will still visit every Sunday for our brunch date and I am looking forward to visiting them in the evening for cocktails. But will probably just stick to coffee and pastries or ordering from...

I was the only one there but it's a great place to crank out some work while sipping on some good coffee. It is an old home turned into a coffee shop. Has interesting decor around and plenty of nooks and crannies. Outdoor area seems to be a fun place for night time but I did not visit at night.
Only one sugar free syrup available (White Chocolate). They do have soy milk, oat milk, coconut milk. Latte comes with three shots of espresso. The drink wasn't as strong as I would have expected but it was still very very good.
Staff was friendly.
Only remark I would say that I wasn't sure if they were open when I got there because they were restocking boxes and the vacuum was out in the main lobby area. Although, they were quick to tidy up once I got there. Also, parking surely gets dicey during later hours. But, during day time there are about 4 spots available on site.
Business offices are upstairs. Closed to the public.
Medium child friendly.
Medium coffee bar selection.
Medium bar selection with some specialty cocktails.
Would come...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe had finished eating at a restaurant down the street from this establishment and we figured we would find a place to stop and have a drink by where we parked. Little Em's review in it's respective Google Maps section. I Google Mapped what was on the way to the truck and I saw that this place was not busy and was a coffee/bar establishment. The outside is beautiful but we opted for the inside as we had dinner outside and wanted a bit if AC. The inside is very cute and was awesome that we had a secluded little section for pur group to hang out. The music was fun! Some 90s and 00s jams and not too loud where we couldn't chat. There is art hanging that is for sale as well. We ordered a variety of drinks for our first round and were introduced to a mixologist for our second round where we gave him a general sense of what we liked then we made us something. They close at 11PM so we did stay till close but we had...
