i’ve never been more disappointed from a company i’ve worked at before🤦🏻♀️ , today me and my boyfriend who also used to work at this location went in to order 2 footlongs , as we were ordering we asked for our sandwiches to be toasted but i believe they took them out before the timer was finished because our breads were soggy but that also might be from the excessive about of ranch dressing added to the sandwich. 🫠As we proceeded to pay (in cash) my boyfriend ran to the car to get the change then returning to make the final payment. Once we got home to eat our sandwiches we saw our receipt wasn’t in the bag and the flaws in our sandwiches my boyfriend then calls the store and the manager says we can not get or order remade because we don’t have the receipt!! yet we NEVER received it 😐 so i then call the store and talk to the same manger and get her to come to a aggreement that we’ll bring the sandwiches back so they get remade , so my brother goes to pick them up about 15 minutes later from the call and now the general manager is telling him they’re only going to remake 1 sandwich😤 (even though he had both previous sandwiches) and they tell him it’s because he didn’t bring the 1 bag of chips we purchased 😠 the manger told me BRING THE SANDWICHES THEY MADE BEFORE i don’t understand why they needed my chips back when they agreed to the sandwiches only , but i do know me my boyfriend or family members won’t be eating at this location or any...

A new employee was behind the register and made a few mistakes no big deal we’ve been there before but the manager called out this employee in front of multiple customers saying he wasn’t ready to be manning the register and he didn’t know enough. That was very unprofessional and ugly. That made me and my boyfriend very uncomfortable. This manager was also making my sandwich but left it in the toaster to go help with the new employee. It got brunt then she proceeded to get after the new hire for leaving it in there when he wasn’t the one even making it. I wish we were able to get her name because like I already stated she was very rude,unprofessional, and made customers uncomfortable I know subway is a big chain so missing out on a couple of dollars will not hurt but it makes me sad because this location is very convenient but after this past experience we will not be going there again. Read moreI was disappointed today because I was unable to get my food because the card machine was not working. I tried two different cards and it didn't work. No invoice detected and none of the payment methods worked. It didn't help that I was in a rush because my Lyft arrived and I was told if I could go to an ATM. Yeah great I definitely can drive to an ATM because of a technical problem. like I don't have a car. I won't be coming back until they fix the issue, it's heartbreaking when you can't get your food and it goes to waste because of system malfunction.
