I returned a Cobb salad 🥗 that I purchased at lunch and it had lots of moisture with the lettuce 🥬. I missed my lunch & returned after work same day to get a replacement or a refund. They don't give refunds on the spot but will take your money. No replacement salads either. The night manager Terry called his GM Mr Victor😠. He was upset that he was called. Terry proceeded to let Victor know what too place and needed to know how he would like to handle this issue since there were out. Victor rudely asked if I was a black woman?! Then proceeded to accuse me of leaving the salad in the car that caused the moisture of the salad. We were on speaker phone with him so I heard the conversation the night manager Terry looked at me with so much disappointment of his GM's actions and I'm like what the Hell does this have to do with my race when you're supposed to be servicing me as a customer he proceeded to be so upset over the speakerphone that Terry was holding and said that he had pictures if he needed them to show him trying to help me defend why I needed a refund or an exchange of food. Victor didn't want anything to do with that he continued to speak very rudely over the phone and I told him that I was going to call corporate which I did and put in a formal complaint with the corporate office about the Wendy's store number 11705. Night manager Terry fixed a mock salad as a replacement at this time I did not trust them. The pix are of the 2nd salad because they took my first one. Terry has pictures he claims to send to the Corp office. I would never go back to Wendy's because of this experience disrespecting me as a black woman, it was just a Cobb salad that blew up over to race. Shaking my head people these days. Waiting for call back from corporate. I will keep my money to myself when it comes to this business!
Angry & dissatisfied...

I know it’s not due to being short staffed as there are always enough employees working but it just doesn’t seem like they care or there is any type of urgency to take care of their customers. Today I gave the drive through a chance and it was the worse experience yet. I sat in line for 15 minutes and that was even after the women in front of me left with no food and a refund. I finally got to the window and before paying asked the woman how long my order would take as I had already been waiting awhile. She apologized and said it would be right out so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and figured it was just a busy Monday. It wasn’t even 2 minutes later that she asked me to pull up and it was then that I should have realized my visit wouldn’t end positively. I patiently waited another 10 minutes to finally get off and have to ask for my drive through order. When I walked in I made eye contact with the drive through woman and she acted as if she was surprised to see me. I asked her if I should expect my food to be ready today or any time soon and she said oh yes it will be a few more minutes. By this time a gentleman in black went to her and asked what I ordered. I asked to please just give me the food I ordered for my daughter because at this point I was too frustrated to even eat. It hadn’t even been put in so they rushed to complete my order. I was furious that I didn’t even check my order and walked out. I had already wasted enough of my time there. Needless to say my order was wrong but thankfully my daughter had some food to eat. I seriously hope that this place turns around but I don’t think it will. Sorry Wendy’s you’ve had your chances and I’m done giving you my money....

Otherwise I would've given ONE star. The tall manager lady practically shoo'd the older lady away to take our order as we walked in. She ended up interrupting my dad as he was giving his order with "I CAN HEAR YOU"... My dad is hard-of-hearing and tends to speak at a higher volume than normal, so that was super rude of her. It was not as if he was being mean & shouting at her. However, at first we weren't even sure if she was speaking to us at all, because she kept fiddling with her headset as if she was taking an order at the drive-thru, yet glaring at us, impatiently to take our order, which also felt pretty rude. Even with my dad's order, being fairly loud & clear, she still asked for him to repeat himself...?
I asked for a #10 which was the Asiago club, but she immediately interrupted & argued with me that "The #10 is a WRAP"...I pointed up at the menu to show it was pictured as a club...she swung back around to the computer without a word. I asked for it grilled, and ended up getting a spicy crispy patty by mistake. My dad was super disappointed in his Baconator, which had a super greasy bun, yet the patties were dry?? We were the only ones in the restaurant, no other cars in the drive-thru except one during our stay, so I don't understand how such small mistakes could've been made. Maybe from a rude manager that doesn't know how to pay attention to people,...
