Been coming to this location for over 1.5 years… working nearby makes lunch easy to drop by and pick up for something fresh… but today really just ticked me off. Online ordering is available for this location, so I ordered online, as I usually do. Dave’s Triple with bacon, large with 6 piece nuggets and a Sprite Zero Ginger. Easy! Yet as I let the cashier know that I have an online order which stated “Pull up at Drive Thru” to pick up my order, I am told I need to go inside…. Ok fine I’m running late already because the line was long and now I have to walk in, fine. I walk in and go to the pick up counter, state that I am there to pick up my online order, and the manager comes by and tells me that I can’t order the pretzel bun… fine, I didn’t order a pretzel burger, the he tells me that I need to go to the back of line…. I just got out of the Drive Thru as YOUR app said for me to do! Now your telling me “we don’t take online orders in drive thru”? I was really liking the new team and direction the store seemed to go, but after this, I will definitely be telling my clients my experience…. I could’ve gotten passed all of it had the manager not treated me as just not worth his time. A good reminder that when it comes to big business, clients are just a number. Read moreI don't go to Wendy's because of the Chick Fil A right next door, but I will start to come more often. Pulled up at 1030pm after a long shift at work and the tall gentleman with glasses at the window was extremely professional with exceptional customer service. He had a couple of car in the drive thru already but as soon as I pulled up, I was immediately greeted and asked politely to give him a moment as he helped the other guests. This communication, for me, is vital for any guest interaction. It tells me that my time is valued and they are trying their best to give the best service. I didn't wait more than a minute or two and then was regreeted and he talked me through different options with the selection I had chosen. He wasn't rushing me or seem impatient at all. If he had asked me specifically for ANY item, I would have been upsold immediately just because of his friendly attitude! At the window, he repeated my order and continued the same welcoming demeanor as before. My food took less than a few minutes and he wished me a Happy New Year! As a leader in a business, I make it a habit to notice talent for guest services and make it a point to recognize it. I apologize for not getting your name but, Bravo! I haven't been at a Wendy's in a long time because we could never get anything correct at this place. We thought about giving it another try tonight and BOY ... WE REGRET IT!!! We order the new chicken mozzarella sandwich and upgraded the fries to the garlic fries. We asked for chocolate frosty, they didn't have it, of course, so we got the vanilla. We also got a biggie bag with Jr Bacon cheeseburger with the nuggets and we asked for bbq sauce, ketchup and mayonnaise. She said they didn't have Mayo...
We went home just to realized that first of all they didn't gave us the garlic fries (eventhough they charged for it) we had no BBQ sauce for the nuggets and the WORST of all, the chicken sandwich looked and tasted reheated or over cooked. The cheese was dried and there was more sauce in it.
Mind you this Wendy's is, most of the time, empty so it wasn't because they were busy... maybe that's why. They don't have enough clients and reheat food that others don't want . That's just my assumption though.
Anyways we tried calling the store and no one picked up eventhough they weren't busy.
I guess I will not be going to...
