I was there Monday night and when I got there it was about 3 cars in the drive thru so I went in and when I got their it was a lady that do delivery waiting on her order there was no front cashier or help the manger on the shift ignored every uber or door dash driver that was there to pick up a order and continue to do the drive thru the guy was on the grill and the girl was making the tacos. I had 5 combos and when the lady was not making tacos and waiting on the screen to get a order she could had help and assist like a team member do but instead she just watch us wait she could had made them 5 orders of fries cause they had them hot and fill she didn’t even do that a lady was there 30 mins before I got there and I waited about 20 more mons with her before she cancel her order there was about 5 more drivers walk in I mean this manager was only worry about her drive thru until a lady came in and complain cause she was waiting on one burger and it was her birthday and she has been waiting right alone with us that the manager finally stop talking drive thru orders after like 35-40 mins we all wasted time I was so mad cause I had like 3 orders and I had to lose that money before I let my rates get low waiting for so long. So that was wasted time and money that I didn’t recieve after being there waiting on the food to deliver to get paid this is ridiculous cause she didn’t care she didn’t apologize and it took for me to tell the lady and guys that she discriminated against all the drivers that particular night to make sure she kept up her drive thru rates and honesty she didn’t care to serve no drivers was sad to me cause all 8 of us was drivers waiting on our orders nobody was there as a paying customer. Something need to be done about that management she has no remorse, no integrity and no respect for ppl gas money or time she showed her true colors go look at the cameras… cause oh no this ain’t it!! Read moreWent here because my husband wanted Wendy's tonight well as I entered an elderly lady told me watch out for the water on the floor,I thanked her and went inside well the water that was on the floor was unacceptable the pictures didn't catch all the water on the floor properly and the water going down the hallway to the restroom area there was a mop and Bucket sitting right next to the soda machine with no one using it by the way there was only one couple inside the restaurant see the pics so there was no reason for someone not to be mopping up the floor Wendy's is waiting for someone to fall and sue them. I proceeded to the counter the young girl there just stood there looking at me never acknowledged me in any was so I stood there and waited what seemed like forever and she never said a word to me until I said hello are you going to take my order she stepped to the register and said what can I get you. Read moreI stopped by around 10am for breakfast before having to be at work. I ordered a simple bacon egg and cheese sandwhich meal with an orange juice. After paying, the cashier asked me to pull up ahead. During this time, customers behind me were being served and leaving and after 15 minutes of just sitting there, I left because I had to get to work. I could not get in touch with the cashier because of the line and decided I would stop by at lunch to try and get a refund. At about 2:15pm i stopped by and spoke with Ms. King. She was very sweet and professional, explaining to me that unfortunately after a certain time, they can't go back to edit orders or refund them. Now I had already ordered a lunch meal and paid for it on the app so she offered for me to come back another day and she would compensate me with a meal of equal value for the failed breakfast order. I came back 2 days later and sadly she was not there. I tried explaining to Lisa what had happened and what was agreed upon but she was not having any of it. She gave me attitude putting all the blame on me saying it was my fault for not being able to be patient and wait like everyone else. After a bit of resistance, she finally gave me the meal I asked for.
