Panera Bread — Restaurant in San Antonio

ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS OMG!!! I HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH VERY BAD TIME THE LAST 2 WEEKS AND WAS JUST TOLD BY DR I WILL BE NEEDING MAJOR SURGERY OTHER WISE BE IN WHEELCHAIR. WELL GUESS WHAT I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU ALL DOWN AND AFTER I LEFT THE DRIVE THRU I COULD SAY I LEFT WITH A HUGE SMILE ON MY FACE THE PEOPLE IN DRIVE THROUGH WERE SO AMAZING THE MANAGER CODY AND THE YOUNG WOMEN WITH HER TODAY JUST MADE ME HAVE A DAY LIKE I NEVER HAVE HAD. I SPENT ABOUT 50 DOLLARS THE SALAD CEASAR AND I ASKED FOR EXTRA DRESSING AND NO PROBLEM WAS SAID, THEN A FULL SANDWICH OF THE AVACADO AND A HALF BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP WITH YOUGURT. I BOUT THIS FOR MY LUNCH AND MY DINNER AND AFTER I RECIEVED MY MEAL WHEN I GOT HOME IT WAS THE FIRST PLACE I DID NOT HAVE TO BE UPSET ABOUT MY ORDER BEING WRONG. NOW THE BEST PART WAS WHEN THE YOUNG LADY ASKED FOR MY NUMBER AND I WAS LIKE WHY AND JUST PULLED UP AND ASKED WHY THEY WANT MY NUMBER. WELL I HAVE ALWAYS GONE TO THE LOCATION OFF 151 AND THEY NEVER HAVE ASKED ME FOR IT SO I THOUGH IT WAS WIERED FOR THEM TO ASK. I THEN AT THE WINDOW WHILE I WAS LIKE WONDERING THE FIRST THING I SAID WAS I AM MARRIED. WE ALL STARTED TO LAUGHING AND IT WAS JUST GREAT. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS GUYS YOU ALL DID GREAT AND SHOULD BE MADE NOTICED THAT THE FOOD WAS AMAZING AND GREAT LOVE IT AND FOR WHAT I PAID I AM SURPRISED WASNT MORE BUT THE BEST PART WAS I LEFT WITH A HUGE SMILE TODAY. Don’t come here when they are closing!! Got there around 8:30 and they were already shutting the place down. Our salads were missing ingredients. I ordered a chicken salad and there was no chicken, but I did find a piece of plastic in there!? Soup was cold. The food was ok but you could tell it was the bottom of the barrel. And they were out of the cookie I wanted!!! The lady who helped us at the counter was pretty nice but all the other employees were not helpful of friendly. At 9, they started packing up the whole restaurant so we weren’t able to get refills on our $4 drinks. Then started blasting music from the kitchen to get us to leave. May not...

When I ordered I was not given the drink I ordered at all, had to go prove I even ordered one with a receipt. Every Panera bread I've been to they bring you the order , but not this one. Which is fine but what really urked me was the unclean tables . I even watched a customer clean her own table with a napkin so she can sit down and eat her food . I was also inclined to do the same .
