On August 2nd around 3pm is the first time I went to eat at a Wataburger and the food was decent. What I want to comment on is the fact that my cashier Maria was super nice and helpful just an amazing experience talking to her. After I finished ordering and paid I walked away and came back to ask her if I could get ranch and she said they usually give one to the customers if they ask and forgot to add it to their order but they usually charge which is usually like any other food chain. On the other hand I received my food and asked the girl (African American girl with braids looked young and new to the job or something) but she was kind of rude and was like umm yeaa if it’s not on your order you gotta pay and I was taken back, so was the other customer next to me. I was like umm ok well I just want a ranch and didn’t know it’d be that big of a deal and she told me oh yea well the cashiers are over there so you can go pay over there and so I did. The manager was snickering a little in the corner as if they were gossiping and then when Maria spoke to him and asked since they have done it before if he’d be willing to he smirked and said wellll we aren’t supposed tooo. He was the same manager that wants to be sooo by the book but was making food with no hair net on yet his hair was to his shoulders and able to be tucked behind his ears so if anyone should have been wearing a hair net it’s definitely him Mr....

After waiting for about 20 minutes, while everyone else received their orders, I approached Jan, the staff member who took my order. To my surprise, she told me that the machine was not working. How is it possible that everyone else got their food while I was left waiting?
Instead of addressing the issue, she decided to place another order for me without any consideration for my time. When I asked for a refund because I needed to go as my flight is starting to boarding, she informed me that she couldn’t process a refund and insisted I wait longer for my order. Unfortunately, I couldn’t wait any longer. This experience was extremely disappointing and inconsiderate.
