Customer service was iffy, she was kinda snarky at first until I asked her if she was doing everything alone. She had another employee with her but the other person didn't go in. Thank you. My son didn't know I was gonna go there. He was thrilled for his 4 pack.. my son only eats about 15 different foods.
03/08/21 Now we went today and at 8:23 they were closed and had been closed. The signs say 10-10? I'm confused if you're gonna close earlier shouldn't you display a sign in the window apologizing for any inconvenience? If the hours have changed then signage should reflect the correct hours of operation. I have encountered this one other time and I'm driving about 8-10 miles from my residence. I then drove to Redlands to find out they do not have the specials because they are franchise. Is anyone accountable at all anymore? False advertisement. Calling corporate tomorrow to find out what's going on. Stop wasting ppls time and gas!!!
Today is June 9th. We went to the location on E again yesterday... We ordered 4 regular roast beef. Didn't check the order.. got home to find cheddar cheese on them. My son is extremely picky. Yesterday I stopped by again and ordered in the drive thru. Was told they'd have my total at the window. Pulled up to window, gave my card was quoted a total, given card and receipt back. As I waited to get my food, I thought I had paid too much. So I did a quick calculation and brought it to her attention. She was confused and called a manager. The manager came over and rang it up again, it matched on the receipt. So I pointed out that the price on the drive thru menu was less than their register and what they charged me. She said sorry, they were busy right now, but when she had time she would go look at the menu outside. There was no offer to refund the difference. No coupon given for future use. I assumed they got my order correct and drove home, only to be surprised that my order was missing my 2 for 6 beef and cheddar and no brisket sandwich dip. I did however get my French dip sandwich but 2 of them, meaning they swap out my brisket dip for a basic French dip. Needless to say I had hungry kids at home that was still left hungry. Unfortunately I couldn't return to the restaurant to have my order fix because I had things to do. End up eating cup noodles and just letting my kids eat the French dips. Lost over $20 worth of food.
