I don't even want to put not one star, due to the nasty RUdeness and disrespecting attitude of Katrina at this store who states she is the mgr. I went online to place my order when done it states unable to complete so I called the store to place the order. Katrina was the person I spoke with who was in an apparent bad mood she was short and rude and very impatient. I specifically asked for my wings to be well done due to previous order they were NOT cooked all the way. She stated no problem. I have directions to my home And I was given a estimated time of arrival. After thinking wait she didn't ask how I was paying, I thought I should clarify because I was paying with cash and I only had a $100 bill. SPOKE TO KATRINA AGAIN she states they don't take more than a $20 bill I informed her that's all I had,and I don't LIKE giving out my card it wasn't here with me it would be a while she let out a big ride sigh on the phone I told her I'll call you back. She called me with the worst attitude asking is the card here I told her I'd call her back. This could have been avoided if Katrina would have clarified HOW I was paying. Anyway she sent the driver calling me on my cell I go out and told him she hung up on me so I assumed she cancelled he stated that he needed to see my card and turned to call someone I asked what was he doing to give me my cards he said he was calling his boss then was talking to whomever, but at this point I felt violated. He gives me the pizza and wings and they were cold dried out . I called my bank to make sure she only did the one charge , My Bank account states she submitted it twice I call to inform her I asked to speak to the mgr she Katrina states she is the mgr I asked to speak to Simone above her she states there is no one I can call back on Monday I informed her she made to withdrawal on my account she said she didn't and I need to talk to my bank I informed her I had already done THAT and can I have the number to corporate she states they are franchise I ask for the contact number she refuses to give it to me and states she DOESN'T need to talk to me that she did not and I told her I'll call my Bank WITH her on the phone she said it wasn't her problem and hung up. I called my bank and spoke to the rep they showed she did run my card we did a three way cal and Katrina tools the rep she doesn't need to talk to her and hung up. I checked the tracker around that time and it said the order was delivered.  I called the store at 6:15 PM and a woman I spoke with said that was incorrect and that the driver was on his way. I called back at 6:35 to ask for an ETA, since the tracker still said "order has been completed" I spoke to the same woman who now said that the order was actually delivered according to her driver. I told her he must of made a mistake or delivered to the wrong house (THIS HAPPENS) because we had no delivery. She suggested that perhaps the order was stolen. I told her we had a ring doorbell camera, and footage that we could check, and this was not the case. She got very defensive and stated that "she believed her driver" and that she would just cancel that order. I can't call back and speak to a manager because she will answer again and probably won't give me the time of day, so I emailed corporate.  The driver at this location is lacking address recognition skills and they probably address that.  There is some seriously misguided worker solidarity here, I tried to ask her why I would lie about $30 worth of pizza when she repeatedly insisted it was delivered and the woman on the phone stoically proclaimed that SHE BELIEVED HER driver.    Read moreI actually read reviews before ordering from this Domino's last night and decided to ignore them. When I found, through my own experience, that the posts were accurate, I had to leave my comments here for future consumers.
I got food poisoning from my pizza. The following evening, when I called the general manager, Abigail, she told me that in order to get a refund, I had to bring the leftover pizza back to the store so that the "lab" could test it.
I thought the policy to be a bit unsanitary, but I got out of bed, sick and all, to comply. When I got there, she asked me for my phone number and went to get my cash without even looking at the food that I had to find in my trash can at home. When I realized the refund was short $1.00, she told me that she wasn't going to give me the money back for the ranch that I bought.
After a very rude exchange, which included me threatening to call corporate offices, she gave me the additional dollar. For me, it's the principle. It's one thing to get food poisoning, but another to be hassled by the business while you're sick from their product.
I will be following up on my complaint Monday morning with her superiors. I am a new homeowner in this community and this is my neighborhood Domino's. I would like to continue getting my pizza from here with better service and safer food handling...
