Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in San Carlos

I need to remember to stop trusting Carl's Jr. I went here thinking, "hey, I haven't been to Carl's in a while, and I'm feeling like trying whatever they have". I know Carl's is the most expensive drive-thru in the world, and I felt like splurging. What did I get for my whopping, choking $12.40? A half filled box of fries, soda with ice after I said "no ice" (it's how I always order a drink), no straw, and a burger that looked so sad I thought it was a simple "Hamburger". The burger actually tasted decent, but absolutely not $12.40 decent.

I remember the good ole days when the "six dollar burger" was a play on "look at what you get for $3.50". Now it's like, they stopped calling it that, because for $6, you get what you could get for $3.50 at...

Fast food is fast food, so I knew I couldn't expect quality. I expected fast food. It took a while. Places get busy I get it but I got the wrong order and then when they fixed my order , it had taken longer than the first time. My meal was late twice so you'd expect a good burger. The patty luke warm, suspiciously cold, ingredients shoved in condiment s were randomly.squirted. I noticed at work so I ate and.forgot about it. Woke up the next morning sick. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because someone at least tried. Then they either got frustrated and half assed it( which got me sick), or was embarrassed served it as...

Food was not that great... Burgers need to be juicier and a bit more sauce... Could only try the beyond burger 🍔... But at least this was an option for me unlike burger King in El Camino Real... Which advertises the impossible burger 🍔 but did not have it in stock with the lame excuse that its still being trialed in some outlets. Yet the TV ads and in store is plastered with the ads... Any ways Carl's Jr needs to make larger juicier beyond burger patties then they'll really rock... Food ain't that cheap either considering...
