Updating my review from 3 years ago. Not sure if management and staff has changed but it certainly seems like it. I've been here 3 times here in the last 7 months to see if anything has changed and it definitely has. The staff is really nice, courteous, and the service is great. Food has also been on point and hot and fresh. Not cold and gross like before. So so much better than 3 years ago. Have to give credit where it's due and be fair. Really happy this location has stepped up its game.

Food here is honestly disgusting. Burgers are bland and have no flavor. Everything is super salty and the lady that makes the burgers doesn't wear gloves. I've been here twice so far and so far no gloves in sight.

When Google Maps asked me "how was Carl's Jr I laughed... because, I thought it was just known, Carl's Jr is a 5. Every time. I don't know when I've had Carl's Jr ans it wasn't a 5 star. True story, I was in Phnom Penh Cambodia when they opened their only Carl's Jr. I ate half the store that day, and then it closed during the pandemic. Go figure. ANYWAY, This particular Carl's Jr is a drive through only for me. My wife and I have probably driven through here at least 100 times, and I'm probably being conservative. I've never had a problem here, and I know my order and spit them out fast. The drive through person here has never (that I can remember) messed up an order, or even misunderstood me. [EDITED] The staff are mostly friendly, especially at the counter, but one or two kitchen staff have trouble getting an order right on a consistent basis. No all day breakfast except for their “breakfast burger." Update: I went Hallowe'en night and while the place wasn't busy, my burger and fries sat on the surface between order area and kitchen for 10 minutes, got cold and tasted terrible. I hate saying it but this is a more regular problem than it should be. Their fries taste great hot and horrible cold. Ditto the hash browns. Reheating doesn't help.
UPDATE: What I've tried lately is the Pastrami + burger sandwich, and the "Happy Hour" double cheeseburger sliders. These might be a limited time offer, so if they interest you, try them soon.
