Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in San Diego

Wow! probably the worst Carl’s Jr. experienced ever. I came in to dine in at this location for the first time. I had a local doctors visit. This location is very convenient and close to the freeway. The cashier was talking to the drive thru lady. He saw that I was waiting and he waited to finish his conversation with her before he took my order. No “Hi”or “welcome”. I felt like an inconvenience and did not feel welcomed at all. I ordered a Loaded Burrito and a Small drink. The burrito came out tiny. I asked if this was the correct one? He said yes. I told him it’s pretty small for it to be the loaded burrito as this is a regular item when I eat at Carl’s Jr. He said the other lady makes them bigger (correct). His comment confirmed the inconsistencies of their food quality. They did not offer to correct it. I also got my order in a bag? When I order it for dine in. The name on the receipt was a female name? This location is not worth it. I do not recommended it all. Barely any meat and about 3 pieces of hashbrowns in it. Check your orders before leaving. First experiences matter. Not...

A mediocre experience. Not terrible but not great either.

At breakfast time they were out of large coffee for my combo breakfast, I was charged for a large coffee recieved a medium. The worker offered free refills as compensation, does the coffee not come with free refills already?

Additionally while waiting they ran out of Biscuits a d advised it would take quit awhile to make more and offered to use another bread option.

Food was ok but not what I wanted.

Service, they did communicate their inability to give me what I ordered, aside from that they seemed friendly.

Atmosphere, it's an ok location. Not the easiest location but super amazing if your staying at the hotel...

Online it says it closes at 10pm. Today, Nov 15 at 9:52 the guy doing drive thru, head set and all, gives me attitude from inside and tells me they're closed to drive around the drive thru. When I get my food I ask for ketchup and he tells me they're out of ketchup. HOW ARE YOU OUT OF KETCHUP??!!?? So the kitchen isn't putting ketchup in the burgers? Next time, please your customers and give them ketchup even if it's from the kitchen. Not my fault you don't make your ketchup orders on time. Gentleman seemed Indian or Latino. Horrible...
